  • Lakefront fully renovated, 2,500 sq ft waterfront premier moon beach house features some of the best sunset views overlooking Lake Ontario, with 4 bedrooms plus loft, 3 baths, huge deck overlooking Lake Ontario, screened sunroom overlooking lake, 1.5 acres of beautiful green landscape, 130 feet of your own private shoreline. Too many amenities to list.

    This lake community has several beaches in close proximity, including Fair Haven Beach park, boat launches within a short drive, as well as direct access to Lake Ontario. The house is only 15 minutes from Colloca Estate Winery, great for your wedding guests stay. Great area for relaxing, fishing, boating, and taking in the lake life. Sterling Nature preserve is within walkable distance.

    This gorgeous property is perfect for a quiet relaxed get away.

Great location on the water, loved the views, peaceful mornings & amazing sunsets. We had a slight hiccup our first morning but was taken care of in a timely manner. Immediate response from owners, appreciate that. Would consider staying again but property is not pet friendly & it is not often we travel without them.

Jonathan was very responsive and checked in to be sure the place met our expectations. The Kitchen was equipped well. Plenty of space for a large family dinner. The beds were all very comfortable. The view is to die for and the drive to Oswego easy and not too far.

Wonderful stay. House has everything you might need including pots and pans, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, shampoo, kids books and games. Jonathan was the best host and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Views were beautiful. Deck and fire pit. Walk down to the lake is a little rocky and uneven, but worth it!

What a wonderful Lakehouse!

We had such a wonderful time at our Sterling lake house! You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. The home was well stocked with everything you could think of in the kitchen, from condiments, spices to pots, pans and utensils. I loved that linens and towels were provided and the washing machine was absolutely huge! There were plenty of toys and games for little and big kids like me. I am a rock hound and the rocky beach did not disappoint. We had ages 2 to 89 and everyone loved the place. We will surely be back!Thank you Jonathan for a great "staycation", we live about an hour away, but it felt like a differnet world, it was hard to leave! Jonathan is a wonderful host and I can't recommend this home enough.

The perfect lake front home

Just what we needed

The house has a wonderful view of the lake, is very spacious and clean. The kitchen had all that we needed. Everything was easy about our stay at this house! We stayed during cold months so no lake activities but really enjoyed the scenery (and saw a beaver!)My only very tiny bit of feedback would be to add a coffee table or side tables in living room so there is a place to put coffee/drinks.

Mercy Nurses Reunion

The home is beautiful and the scenery gorgeous. The only recommendations we would have is that the living room furniture is not comfortable for spending any significant time in but the screened in porch is lovely. One minor item is the silverware- several knives and forks were damaged due to the plastic handles. Metal silverware would be a great replacement. Otherwise it was a great place to enjoy all of our classmates. We never left the entire weekend.

Sunset Lake House

Our rental home was exactly as advertised, and was very clean and well appointed. The large lakeside lawn was wonderful for the children to play on. The beach although pebbles not sand was pristine for wading, swimming, and kayaking. We highly recommend this property for a family of ten! Our Host, Johnathan was very responsive before and during our stay.

Great place on Lake Ontario!

We rented this house for our Harborfest/family visit and really enjoyed the place. Only complaint I have is the master bedroom. The TV is puny (maybe 27”) and it’s like 15 feet away from the headboard. We never even turned it on due to that. Only other thing I would recommend to the owners would be to set up the chairs around the fire pit before people arrive - would be a nice touch.

Lake Ontario Fishing Summit

The house was great! Our host called to ensure we had everything we needed. We had 9 people gather for a fantastic fishing summit chartered by Screwy Louis’. We caught over 200 lbs of king salmon which we grilled at the house. The lake house has a picturesque view of Lake Ontario, and was so nice we stayed for 4 nights .it has high speed wifi and all the features you could ask for. 5 Stars all the way!

Great home with beautiful location on the lake. Well supplied with paper products. Loft bedroom has no a/c so was unusable in July, otherwise a wonderful stay.
