The space
My home is located at the end of a quiet street surrounded by trees with a large double deck for entertaining with ample room for parking up to 6 vehicles. It is a short walk or drive to the ocean and shopping. The dairy bar ( Golden G) is just a 10 minute walk away for those hot days.
Guest access
Guest have access to the main floor, upstairs, laundry, deck, and fenced in back yard with dog house. Guest also have access to the games on the bookshelf, fire place and any food or spices in the cupboard or fridge.
Other things to note
I accept early checkin but ask to be notified in advance. I am able to accommodate in most cases, however when I have back to back booking ie. checkout and checkin on the same day my cleaner needs 4 hrs to get the house and bedding done. It is a older home and the water pressure is good but not the strongest, like in the city.
