Enjoy the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation, whether you’re here to fish, scallop, or simply unwind by the water.
Step outside to a spacious private dock, ideal for keeping your boat close by or soaking up peaceful river views. Inside, you’ll find comfortable, thoughtfully updated spaces designed for relaxation and comfort. We’ve been proudly hosting guests for years, and many return again and again to enjoy this little slice of Steinhatchee paradise.
Before you book, please note:
⭐️ Both bathrooms are located inside the bedrooms — there is no common-area bathroom.
⭐️ For everyone’s safety, an outdoor security camera is in use.
⭐️ We highly recommend travel insurance, as we cannot offer refunds for weather, travel interruptions, illness, or injury.

This is a beautiful home located directly on the river in the heart of town. We enjoyed renting a boat from the local marina and boating up to our dock. Fishing was a wonderful experience. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the porch. We plan to book another stay soon.

My friend and I wanted to go fishing in Steinhatchee and this was the perfect place to stay. It had everything we needed and then some. The dock made it so easy to get out there and catch fish. The fish cleaning station made it easy when we came back in. We will stay here again!

We came for a scalloping trip with friends. The dock was put to use with our rented boat (although that was a story and a half). The house is super comfortable and the split ac units worked great! The house is very quiet at night and we slept great. Large selection of pillows available. The kitchen is well stocked. The couches were too comfortable and I could have spent more time lounging!! We would definitely stay here again.

Great house on the river where you can sit back in a lawn chair and watch the boats/works go by. Owners were very easy to work with and the overall experience was superb.

PERFECT for scalloping

We brought our boat for our first every scalloping trip, and it ended up being the best vacation we’ve ever taken the kids on. The house is right on the river and we were on scallops within about 20ish minutes of leaving the dock. Perfect little cleaning station at the house. The dock itself wasn’t ideal for our toddler but the screened lanai over looking had a locking door so we hung out there and watched the guys clean the scallops. It was perfect. The house itself was perfect and fully equipped. The only tiny complaint we had was with Steinhatchee itself which is a SMALL town. No groceries closer than a 20min drive. So plan ahead for that 😂 There is a PHENOMONAL taco truck within a block, as well as pizza delivery and multiple restaurants so shopping and cooking is not necessary. Can also take your scallops to be prepared for you at some of the local spots

2nd time staying…still in love

We loved staying at this property. I had everything my family needed to stay entertained. We enjoyed the easy access to our boat ad scalloping. Love having the washer/ dryer to keep up with the laundry. Such a great experience again. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Paradise on the water

When we pulled in, we knew it was exactly what we needed. Huge dock, very spacious home for our family of 4 and came with many additional items we were able to utilize instead of purchase, if needed. Short boat ride to where we went scalloping. Communication was great. Would definitely rent again

Wonderful stay in Steinhatchee

The property and location we're perfect. Could not have asked for better. The hosts we very friendly and helpful when we needed them. Caught speckled trout, flounder and crabs. Delicious. We had everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. We'll be going back.
