Welcome to this adorable 1 bedroom cottage that’s sleeps up to 4 people. It offer a king size bed plus sleeper sofa, a large bathroom with soaker jet tub. The cottage has a full kitchen, electric fireplace , internet and a smart tv for streaming all your favorite shows. The landing offers a swimming pool, play ground, community docks, petting zoo and sauna with hot tub. The resort has a laid back peaceful feeling with beautiful homes , oak trees and gravel pathways for taking a walk around the resort to take in all the beauty it offers. The Landing is a place like no other place in Steinhatchee. Come see for yourself why so many people love to get away for long weekend or bring the kids for some scalloping during their summer break. The perfect little house for our family of four in Steinhatchee! When you enter, you walk into the living / dining / bedroom. The living room houses a pull-out bed which was great for our son. The bathroom is spacious with a two-person jacuzzi, which both of our children loved. The grounds are so peaceful - full of gravel trails and boardwalks and even a little farm of animals! This was actually our 2nd stay and we would book again for a 3rd. Thank you!

Cozy cabin was very comfortable and met our needs. The shower/jacuzzi tub combination was a bit challenging but served the purpose. Definitely a couples cabin. The double sided glass fireplace went from the living area straight into the shower. Overall we enjoyed the cabin.

Cozy Cottage Ideal location

Conveniently located within Sea Hag strip 1-2 min from Sea Hag Marina the Cozy Cottage was a sweet little spot. The layout of the cottage is a perfect. A comfortable stay after a long day out on the water. Located in Steinhatchee Landing Village, a safe and quaint retreat, it’s the perfect place to rent a golf cart and be within 5min of everything you need or local entertainment and food. Awesome experience, affordable, highly recommended!

Excellent stay, fun, little honeymoon cottage with all the amenities! Clean and quaint! We loved having the fireplace on all night, so pretty and romantic.

Small Cottage

It was nice cottage in a small rental community way out in nature. WIFI was easy to locate and access. Cottage has a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi style tub and rainfall shower. very quite area. fully stocked kitchen just bring your own food.

Thank you so much for allowing my husband and I to stay at your beautiful house. The area was very nice. We met up with family from out of state to go scalloping. Home was very clean and had everything we needed.

Realtor refuses to confirm rebook or refund due to Hurricane

We have stayed at the landing 2-3 per year for 15 plus years and we have yet to have such an unprofessional experience. Our trip was cancelled last year due to the hurricane, we had two cabins booked. One immediately rebooked our trip for this year and offered accommodations, the other offered us to rebook but has yet to complete the reservation saying that the property is for sale and he can’t guarantee our reservation until closer to the date. He also would only offer us a “partial refund”. We have been extremely patient and are now only a month away from our trip and the realtor says he still can’t guarantee our reservation so we simply asked when he could confirm our reservation and if not please just give us a full refund so we can book with someone else. He will not respond which has happened several times during this interaction. AVOID PROPERTIES MANAGED BY AMI SIMMS AT ALL COST!

Cute spot but Over 7 roaches alive and dead during our stay unfortunately as well as our neighbors having bats in there’s host said they sprayed and that there would be dead bugs but didn’t tell us that till after I complained. Clogged sink as well

Cute, clean and convenient

This place was super cute and a convenient spot for us! It was a good size, it is set up like a studio apartment but feels very spacious. The space was clean and provided what we needed for the weekend. Lastly the cottage and grounds have such a cute charm to them! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!!

Great little cottage for a pair of folks. As others have said there’s no WiFi and poor cell service which is a bit of a drawback, but the house is nice otherwise. Additionally, we did find a few dead bugs.

Good spot

Great spot to stay and very family friendly. The location it’s a has a petting zoo, pool, volleyball court and more. The only negative thing I will say is that this listing had no Wi-Fi or cable. When booking the stay, it said at the bottom that the Wi-Fi password would be emailed, and if not to reach out to the property owner. I was then informed Wi-Fi and cable we’re not hooked up yet which was very upsetting since cell service was not good in the area to begin with.
