"There was no breakfast served and no pool even though it showed a picture of the breakfast area when we were booking it. The toilet was stopped up and they gave my daughter a plunger to fix it herself. Very disappointed in this hotel."

"I stayed here the night before taking a proctored exam nearby. I’m a light sleeper and always examine the room for stray hairs or stains. The hotel room was spotless and the blackout shades were excellent so I slept well. The outside weather was abnormally hot for April and the only thing that bothered me was, although I had the thermostat set to 69, the AC only hovered at 71."

First day, no one did anything. My husband second day notified them and the glass the third day was still there. I personally picked up big pieces"

Whole hotel was under renovations and was stated no where. Our towels in our room had fake eyelashes all over them, went to the main desk to ask for clean ones and the “clean ones” I got were covered in brown stains like someone just got done flossing in between their butt cheeks.
