The third king-sized bedroom on the lower level has its own bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, and the fourth bedroom on the mezzanine level offers a twin over queen bunk setup and a dedicated bathroom with a shower.

Any guest-initiated cancelations and resulting refunds shall be net of any non-refundable processing fees deducted by any third-party payment processing services. Refunds are limited to the amount received net of those payment processing fees.

- Keep any hot tubs covered when not in use. Use of any hot tub is at the guest’s own risk and minors shall not be permitted to use the hot tub without adult supervision. Do not bring any glass in or near the hot tub. Notify us if the hot tub needs additional service. Excessive or abusive use of the hot tub will result in an extra cleaning fee charged to the guest in the amount of $500 or the cost to repair or sanitize.
- Keep the garage door closed at all times. Guests will be held fully liable for any and all damages that result from doors, windows, or garage doors being left open during freezing conditions.
- Any guest-initiated refunds will be net of any 3rd party credit card processing fees. Credit card processing companies generally do not refund those fees to guests or hosts.
