  • There is no better place to take an unforgettable getaway to Steamboat Springs! Delight yourself with magical mountain views or watch the skiers and snowboarders fly down the mountain from the furnished balcony of this fantastic ski-in/out condo sitting within walking distance of the lifts. Perfect for a couples getaway or small family vacation, there is plenty of room to spread out and feel right at home. After long days of shredding powder or lounging by the pool in warmer months, grab a good book, and sit next to the fireplace as smells of a delicious meal waft in from the full kitchen. When the night comes to a close, kick your feet up on the plush sofa and gather with everyone in the living room for a movie night on the TV! This mountain gem offers guests the convenience of having partial A/C in the living room.

    The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

    No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
    Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
    Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.
    Pack n plays and highchairs available for guest use upon request.

Great spot for the 4th!

We had a great holiday weekend! The balcony overlooks the gondola at the base and we were able to watch the 4th of July drone show from there. Very comfortable spot. Everything you could want!

Fantastic stay!!!

LOVED LOVED LOVED our stay at this fantastic condo! Kitchen was well stocked with quality pots/pans, utensils, bowls/plates, etc. We were super pleased with everything we needed to make simple meals. The front desk was also incredibly helpful with many things that came up. We had a slight maintenance issue and they sent someone upstairs within 10 minutes. The location also could NOT be beat! Incredibly convenient to ski back for lunch / take a rest before going back out for the day. Loved the warm pool and hot tub, and the underground parking was a big plus as well! We would 100% stay at this unit again! Oh... one thing to note though. The sofa bed is HORRIBLE. I would only recommend this unit for two adults. Even little kids won't be comfortable on that sofa bed... just a FYI!

Great Location, Amenities and Comfort

My wife and I stayed in this condo in February 2022 and loved it. The location is unbeatable, right next to the base of the mountain with great views. We rented ski equipment at Torian Sports at the base of the building, just a few steps away, and it was very convenient to the base lifts and gondola. We would take breaks form skiing, leaving skis in racks and walking back to the condo for lunch if we did not want to eat at the restaurants that were right outside. Super convenient. We soaked in the outdoor hot tubs every evening after skiing. The condo has great space, a nice kitchen and fireplace. Couldn't have been a better trip, in large part due to the well appointed condo, comfortable king bed and convenience to everything (and free indoor parking).

To be honest- the shuttle service was the best part! Condo is nice but small. Washer and dryer were a huge bonus.

Perfect Weekend at the “Boat”

This was the absolute perfect condo for my husband and I. We came to Steamboat to see a concert in Torian Park. I knew it would be close to the park, but it was even better as it overlooked the park. The condo was a nice size for the 2 of us. Very clean and well stocked. The King Sized bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to the hosts!

Excellent location!

We enjoyed our stay in Torian Plum! Pros: comfortable bed, supplies in condo, location!! Cons: seems like the door between bedroom and bathroom could be fixed so it closes! This has been mentioned in reviews for a few years now! Living room chairs need to be replaced, they’re pretty worn out. It would be nice if there were information in the condo for things to do at the ski plaza! There was a lot going on but we were not aware until after the fact. There’s no information about the condo at all - just a suggestion to make your guests feel more welcome.

Open kitchen / living - lots of space

The living area is a nice size, and loved how the kitchen was open to the rest of the apartment. Vaulted ceilings made it nice an airy, not like some condos with low ceilings. The bed was comfortable. The slider between the bed and bath didn’t close all the way, but there were only two of us so that didn’t bother us. The proximity to food (restaurants) and the slopes was awesome. Loved having a parking spot in the underground garage.

Great place!

The unit was wonderful, right on the plaza just high enough to not get too much noise from the restaurant below. I loved the views from the deck and windows. The sliding door in the bedroom screen needs fixed, but other than that in great shape. I wonder if because of COVID there were no salt & pepper shakers etc? Would be nice to have a few things like that. We enjoyed the location because it is ski in/ski out. So may be back during ski season! The pool was beautiful too! Nice temperature and great location. All in all loved my stay!
