Stay in bustling downtown Steamboat Springs and enjoy urban living in our three bedroom and three bathroom Alpen Glow Row House 6 corner townhome. Listen to the sound of the babbling Butcherknife Creek while still being steps away from Steamboat's finest restaurants and shops. Stow your car in one of the two parking spots in the underground heated garage and walk or ride the free city bus anywhere you need to go! Once you are at Steamboat Ski Area, store all your ski gear in the private ski locker included when you rent our townhome.

Inside you will find all the comforts of home including an inviting living room centered around a 42" flat-screen TV and warm gas fireplace under vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, five-burner gas stove, and stainless steel appliances. On the lower level, there is a second lounge with 32" flatscreen TV and access to the private patio with outdoor seating. The Primary bedroom is located on the upper level with a King bed, 32" flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom with dual vanity. The second bedroom is located on the main level with a Queen bed, 26" flatscreen TV, and private access to the shared main level bathroom. The third bedroom is on the lower level with two twin beds and shares a bathroom with the lower-level lounge. The lower level lounge has overflow sleeping options with custom made Twin bunks. With tons of room to spread out and activities galore right our your front door, Alpen Glow Row House is the perfect home for your next Steamboat vacation.

Sleeping Arrangements: King in the Primary bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom, two Twins in the third bedroom and Twin bunks in the lower level lounge. Sleeps up to eight guests.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the labeled spots #11 & #12 in the heated underground garage. No parking allowed in alley.

Great location

The location was outstanding as it was in the heart of town with easy access to all our favorite spots. The place itself was clean with all the necessary amenities. The only amenity it was missing was an outdoor deck or patio that opens to the trees and creek. You are able to open the nook windows but unable to actually sit outside. The only negative was food delivery trucks in the alley most mornings delivering food to the restaurants behind the unit.

Lovely Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo location is perfect for exploring and close to it all. It is much bigger than it looks which makes for a comfortable to stay for multiple families.

Amazing Location and Home for Families

Plenty of options for food and drinks all around the home. Immaculate inside, kids loved it. Well stocked and has many things in the house you hope to have in steamboat or with the family. Active communication with host from start to finish.

Fantastic Town Home!

We loved how close everything was to the property. The townhouse itself was beautiful with comfortable beds, a great kitchen/dining area and was spacious enough for our group. It was a treat to stay there!

Great Location

Great location downtown. Two parking spots were nice to have. A lot of room for two adults, two older kids and a dog. Very comfortable and nice decor. Communication with property management was easy and we had quick responses. A little noisy in the mornings with garbage trucks. Not too bad when the windows are closed. That was the only downside. We still really enjoyed our stay and all agree we would stay here again!

Great Reunion

This property was amazing! Everything was very clean. The location was perfect. It's half a block from so much food and shopping and a beautiful view out the back that makes you feel tucked away from everything. The property managers made everything so easy. We loved it and will come back!

Perfect spot in the middle of downtown

This was a beautiful, and beautifully kept townhouse right in the center of downtown Steamboat. Everything from the property itself to the property management to the whole guest experience was perfect. If you need to go to the mountain or the store, both are an easy, free bus away. Otherwise you have everything you need within an easy walk of the home. We will definitely be back!

Loved staying downtown

This is the first time we choose downtown location for our time in Steamboat. We loved it .. so convenient to walk for shopping and dining. Parking garage for townhouse was convenient as well when we needed to drive. The view from the living room window was so pleasant after a snow. Aveda products provided were an unexpected treat amenity. We had a great stay and this will be our 1st choice for our next visit to Steamboat!

Easy Downtown Location

We enjoyed afternoons around the fireplace and cooking meals. Easy location to walk everywhere and catch the bus to the mountain or village area. There is early morning alley truck traffic.
