We had a signed and fully paid contract months before our stay for 15 bedrooms and ll bathrooms for our party of 29. Three weeks before the stay, they cancelled the upper two floors removing all the luxury amenities, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, two of them, master suites They took away a full commercial kitchen, a large hot tub, steam rooms and more....they did NOT provide us with an appropriate refund. They figured our the cost of the beds, claiming their are all equal and that none of the other amenities were figured in. The communication was horrible, they even sent out contradictory information the same day check in. The floors were very dirty and their were no cleaning products in the home which we rented for 5 nights. One of our family units cancelled, not enough bedrooms another family left after the first day, the place was just too crowded and rooms insufficient for our family. My husband was nearly completely blind when he accidently knocked the faucet knob was burned severely by the shower water. My granddaughter was also burned, same issue. During our stay we wrote them 15 times, no response. Had we booked the lower unit next year, same 5 days it would have been over 5 thousand less than what they charged us based on the refund. I DID NOT agree to this change in the rental, They just refunded an inadequate amount of . DO NOT TRUST THEM. I. Wish I had more space to write all the thigs that were wrong with the week because of the property. DO NOT RENT
