Had some problems with getting room cleaned and fixing clogged sink. Staff were polite when approached but did little to fix problems until "next shift"."

"El servicio de limpieza es pésimo, estuvimos 10 noches y solo porque insistimos mucho nos hicieron limpieza dos veces. Nunca en un hotel había me había pasado eso. Olvidé en el salón desayunador una bolsa y desapareció y el personal del hotel no se preocupó en lo más mínimo. En general una experiencia terrible."
