WHAT OUR GUESTS LOVE:
Our guests love the home's prime location, being so close to the stadium, while having privacy in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees with relaxing views of the surrounding mountains. They also love that our home can accommodate several groups of friends or family with 3 bedrooms split between two floors, each with their own bathroom, and plenty of parking for at least 7 cars.

HOME LAYOUT:
The home can be divided into two separate living spaces, main level and lower level each with their own entrance, and one shared kitchen.

MAIN LEVEL:
(2 bedrooms, 3 beds)
Bedroom #1 = 1 King bed.
Bedroom #2 = 2 Queen beds.
Living Room= Couch, 2 side chairs, and dining table that seats 8-10.
Kitchen= with breakfast table that seats 6.
Bathroom = shower
Outdoor Front Porch = Table and seating for 6-8 people.

LOWER LEVEL:
(1 studio and 1 bedroom, 4 beds)
Bedroom #3 = 2 Queen beds.
Living Room= 1 Queen Tempurpedic bed & 1 queen pull-out couch
Bathroom = shower
Outdoor Back Patio = Table and chairs for 2 people.

Before every guest's stay, the home is thoroughly and professionally cleaned by Family Roots Cleaning & Services, LLC.

The refrigerator and freezer are clean and clear to accommodate any of your perishable foods. Purified drinking water is available through a small faucet near the sink.

Each bedroom has closet space to hang personal clothing items. Each bathroom provides toiletries for you and your guests, including shampoo and conditioner, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste, sunblock, etc.
