2 quiet rooms, ground floor and first floor, in the HEART OF STARNBERG, with a double bed, guest bathroom, and garden

Just a 2-minute walk from the Starnberg-Nord S-Bahn station, you’ll stay in a quiet, private, secluded house in one of two guest rooms with a shared guest bathroom.
The kitchen and living room are available for use.
A CONFIDENTIAL PIN for the key safe will be provided via WhatsApp or phone after booking.
If you’re coming by S-Bahn, my place is only 100–150 meters away.
For cars, there are plenty of parking spots on Ludwig-Thoma-Weg. During the week, there are time limits of only 3 hours in the designated parking areas (white line) if you’re not a resident. But in the side streets or a few meters further up, you’ll always find plenty of parking spots.
Then walk down the private road Ludwig-Thoma-Weg 8/8A toward the garages, and my house is on the left at number 8!!!!! (written on the garden entrance door, No. 8). Next to the garden door is the key safe containing the keys to the two rooms on the first floor and upper floor. Please take only the key for the room you booked.
Open the garden door and go up to the sunroom. On the left side of the sunroom is the door to the living room.
There are two pillars in the living room; the ground-floor room is behind the pillar on the right.
The guest bathroom is to the left of the left pillar.
Go up the stairs and turn right immediately; there you’ll find the upstairs room.
The kitchen, equipped with a large SAMSUNG fridge-freezer combo and cool, top-quality tap water from the Alps, is at your disposal.
