Welcome to Percha, nestled on the shores of Lake Starnberg!

Our modern loft is located near the charming town of Starnberg. Popular bathing spots, as well as numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars, are within walking distance. Our loft offers a spacious living experience on a total of 60 square meters. Proximity to the A95 highway, train connections to Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and the easy accessibility to Munich Airport make Percha an ideal starting point for exploration.

Our loft is located in the attic and is easily accessible via stairs. It consists of a spacious living area with an open kitchen and a bathroom. All areas and rooms are modernly and elegantly furnished.

The living area features a comfortable (sleeping) couch (dimensions: 140cm x 200cm), a coffee table, and a smart TV. Video streaming or game streaming services (such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Xbox Cloud Gaming, and NVIDIA GeForce NOW) can be used via Bring Your Own Account (BYOA). Additionally, an Xbox Wireless Controller is available.

Furthermore, there is a dining table with 4 seats.

The open kitchen stands out due to its size. It is equipped with a Nespresso Inissia coffee machine, a Nespresso Aeroccino 4 milk frother, a kettle, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as high-quality dishes and numerous utensils, leaving nothing to be desired.

Additionally, there is a king-size box spring bed (dimensions: 180cm x 200cm), two nightstands, and a partially open wardrobe with ample storage space.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower, a washbasin, a toilet, and a shelf. A hairdryer is also provided. IMPORTANT: Due to sloping ceilings, the ceiling height is partially reduced.

All areas of the loft are accessible and reserved for exclusive use.

Although we will not be there personally, we are always available for questions and comments via the app.

Special provisions:
Our guests are obliged to fill out a special registration form on the day of arrival and to sign it by hand. Foreign guests, who are to be listed by name on the registration form, must identify themselves by presenting a valid identity document (recognized and valid passport or passport substitute) when registering.

Sensors used:
In our loft, a Minut-sensor is mounted on the ceiling of the living area. Minut only collects information on noise levels, the environment (temperature and humidity) and occupancy (motion and the number of mobile devices in the vicinity). This data is presented to us as graphs and numbers, not images or recordings. Neither we nor others have access to sensitive guest data.
