We're Will, Scott, and Linda Sanders. Our grandfather Eugene started Sanders Cattle Company on this land over 40 years ago. We grew up here, and now we're glad to give in a new name and share it with you. The Sanders Cottage Collection awaits. Holler if you need anything.

Guest Access:

Self check-in via smart lock. Guests have full access to The Starlight Cottage, covered porch, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, cornhole, and the surrounding property.



The Neighborhood:

The Sanders Cottage Collection is a micro resort on 19 acres of family ground just outside of Starkville. Ten cottages, one home place, same family that's worked this land for over 40 years. Close enough to town, far enough from the lights for you to truly enjoy the starlit sky on clear nights.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. MSU, the Cotton District, and downtown Starkville are all 7 minutes away. A Barn Venue is just up the street. Everything else worth seeing is a short drive from the home place.



Other Things to Note:

We are located on 20 acres just outside the city limits. Its close to town but away from the lights! It does get dark out here and the stars are beautiful!
