"Great view of Kuala Lumpur. I was on the 29th floor of 37 floors, and I loved my view during the evening and during the day. The pool which is on the 37 floor is beautiful and the room was the right size. Wonderful staff, very helpful lining up transportation for me and answering all my questions. In fact, the staff was the best part of my experience, friendly and knowledgable. It is about 45 minutes from the airport if there is no traffic. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast...

"Room was clean and amenities were great - shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap were from Aesop. Even though we experienced an electricity trip, staff were super helpful and resourceful. "We stayed at the Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur twice this year. It is a very beautiful, more traditional Malaysian hotel with an amazing foyer featuring huge chandeliers. The staff are very polite and helpful at all times, and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever encountered, with a huge selection of foods. We will definitely stay at the Royale Chulan again when in Kuala Lumpur and cannot recommend it highly enough."

"Spacious room for a family of three with an extra single bed apart from double bed. Only minus is that there is no bathroom door, it’s an open bathroom so if u are sharing with child or family, there is a privacy issue. Otherwise Very good central location in bukit bintang. All shopping close by. "

Sometimes the Doorman would be having a conversation with the Concierge and neither would assist the guests. Large breakfast but more flies than I would like to see for an enclosed building."
