"The property, where do I start?! It was amazing! From the initial walk in it had a wow factor about it, we met James, he was very helpful, with the convenience of being next door if needed.
With 3 large bedrooms, one with an en-suite, cupboards and storage space, we had ample space to use.
I would highly recommend this cottage, the added extras made the trip too! "

"My partner and I recently spent 5 nights at the Coach House, a quaint property in a peaceful village location but with easy access to both Bristol and Bath.
The owner was incredibly welcoming and the property was immaculately clean throughout and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need.
We have no hesitation in highly recommending the property and would happily stay here anytime we are in the area."

"The property was great location and good valve for money but crazy hot and very little ventilation. Either more fans at this point one of year or air con would have been amazing."

"This is a lovely location in Bath. We were close to the theater, the Roman Baths and the abbey. It's the perfect location for touristing in Bath. It took us a while to find the location, as our mobile app and the street names didn't always work together. We should have just called for directions. The view from the balcony is lovely, although the seagulls could be a bit territorial. It is definitely a family-friendly place. Our biggest concern was the number of floors that we had to climb to get...

"Great Location but a bit tired and the oven was faulty which made cooking impossible. The fridge/ Freezer was in need of defrosting. Communal washing machine hard to find. Needed a deep clean. Great location saved it."

"It's not a bad place.
But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs.
Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee.
That's why it wasn't value for money.
The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money."
