"Staff were amazing,extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Food was good, Great breakfast and good choice in restaurant if you are eating there in the evening. Only slight problem was poor phone signal and hotel WiFi only worked in the car park."

"Lovely week at Quality Cottage..very central location for what we're interested in..Roman sites, Hadrian's Wall etc..ringing signal man for permission to cross railway line was quirky..but no problem..trains regular but don't disturb one bit even at night..kitchen and bedrooms short of nothing..extremely ..."

Perfect getaway
"We try and come to Otterburn once a year as we love the area. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with tableware amd cutlery. The veds were comfy abd the hot tub was amazing. The only thing that frustrated us was the induction hob, we have never used one before so took a lot of getting used ..."

"Accurately advertised. You can literally see a mile castle on Hadrian’s Wall from your room. Beautiful country views. A problem with our heat was addressed immediately. Excellent dinner choices and service in the cozy pub."
