The only thing that was a little odd was the morning desk clerk had stepped away at 10:45 am (of all times!) and left a key deposit box out. That doesn't work for me. "I have stayed at several Tru hotels now and have had amazing experiences - Lake Pointe was no different! The staff did a great job explaining what was where since they are combined with a 2nd hotel. Parking was a breeze by scanning a QR code and entering in plate info. I would say the only downside was parking was kind of crazy BUT there were still plenty of spots available around the back with multiple entry doors on the side and back of building.
