Ok though overrated. Neighborhood is not the best as you’re on the edge of the tenderloin with many homeless. Staff were nice and room was ok.

All the employees were very nice. Breakfast was good. Clean but could use a bar of soap in the bathroom and no literature about the hotel or the wharf. Had a great visit.

The room was clean, except for the floor, my husband walked around bare foot whilst getting ready one evening and his feet were black. The room is very spacious but the bathrooms are tiny and very very dated, the toilet has no cistern and is something you would have in a public toilet, if someone flushes the toilet anywhere near your room, you will hear it. Breakfast was disappointing for us, but if you like having a hot breakfast then it’s perfect, you’re also expected to tip for someone to bring you a glass of orange juice. The free drinks between 4pm & 6pm are a big plus, but if you go on the days the restaurant is open, then it’s table service and you are expected to tip again.
