GAME ROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
Enjoy a pool table, foosball, games, puzzles, cards and books for all ages. Every bedroom features a Smart TV, so everyone has space to relax and unwind. Families traveling with children will also find coloring books, sketch pads, colored pencils and crayons.

BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in standard sleeping arrangements, with additional sleeping options available for groups of up to 16. All sleeping options are listed below:

The fully equipped kitchen includes basic appliances, cookware, dinnerware, a drip coffee maker, Keurig and espresso machine, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The dining area provides seating for up to 8 guests.

BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, washcloths and hair dryers for your stay.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
High-speed Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), Smart TVs in every bedroom, washer and dryer, iron, bed linens, towels, toiletries and essential kitchen supplies are provided for your stay.

PARKING
Private driveway parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. Please note that a maximum of 5 vehicles is permitted per reservation, as additional parking is not available near the property.

HOUSE RULES
This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please keep outdoor noise at a respectful level so it does not disturb our neighbors, particularly during quiet hours after 10 PM. Parties and events are not permitted, and only registered guests are allowed at the property. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas during their stay, including the backyard, game room and driveway.

Self check-in is available for a convenient and flexible arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood near Cove Island Park, the home is just a short walk from the park and beach. Enjoy nearby tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, walking and biking trails, and plenty of outdoor recreation.
Downtown Stamford, restaurants, shopping, I-95 and Metro-North are all just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy the Connecticut coast with convenient access to NYC.

Getting Around:
The bus stop is down the street. Train station is only 10 minutes away.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with additional sleeping options available for groups of up to 16.
An additional guest fee of $40 per person, per night applies after 12 guests.

Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $250 per pet.
