The bar area is fine. I do not visit the bar area.
The staff are pleasant. The rooms usually are up to my standards.
However, the staff needs to be trained by management that when a patriot arrives with scheduled bookings already set and chosen, the customer needs to have what the ordered, as well as have the rooms setup properly, heat on in cold climates, and accommodated.
Whenever a situation arises, management and all staff front desk etc need to quickly upgrade and prepare staff accordingly to meet the demands of their responsibilities to ensure that they are ready to take action and give their best to making their customers happy!
Also, management needs to train their front desk staff to keep personal business to themselves. I did not appreciate checking out this morning and having the front desk staff mention how I paid, and with whom I had my bills paid.
Due to so many scams. Keeping everyone’s information private. Not having customers waiting behind you hearing everything concerning your business!
A very important upscale concierge service needs to be trained, implemented and maintained in every aspect.
I usually am happy with my stay, but I was truly disappointed with how much time it took for me to get a beautiful room.
None of the rooms last night were up to par for me.
I want to be compensated for my freezing rooms, broken remote control, un keep room, and lumpy bed.
