MayGrove Retreat - Sleeps 2 - Jacuzzi & boat hire

Maygrove cabin is located near to Staines and Windsor with easy access to London. Situated within the grounds of the main house where we live (Naomi, Luke and little Athena with another little one on the way! 😊 ) but far enough away for your own private space.

To make your stay even more relaxing you can enjoy the onsite private hot tub £40 p/n which is cleaned and filled with fresh water for each stay. The property has an oil fire to keep you cosy and warm - £10 per bottle. Boat hire is also available £40p/h unavailable from Nov - Mar.

As a self-catering cabin, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The cabin is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


There is one bedroom in the cabin which contains a king size bed.


There is one bathroom, which is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen, towels, shampoo and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

We are currently undergoing building work on the main house so the cabin is unavailable in the week but available for weekend stays. 


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- parking is available at the property right outside the guest house.
- 2 guests only. - Pets are not allowed at the property.
- There is a cleaning fee of £25.

Cozy cottage close to Heathrow

The cottage is clean and well appointed, but don't expect much of a kitchen. Very simple--a microwave and quick kettle, and the sink in the bathroom. Just fine for heating up takeout or making coffee or tea. 10-15 minute easy drive to Heathrow, and a lovely location along the Thames. The listing party communicated thoroughly and timely and was very easy to deal with. Good spot.

Amazing stay would definitely recommend!

Stayed at this property recently as a surprise for my boyfriend. We enjoyed every aspect of the stay and will definitely be staying again. Naomi had thought of every little detail just to make the stay extra special. Location is perfect lots of privacy and is right by the thames so we had the opportunity to take the kayaks too! Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Birthday surprise

I booked this for my girlfriends as a surprise for her birthday. It was incredible we both loved every minute we were there. Really clean, warm, and just all round lovely place. Really close to Windsor town center so went out for a meal in the evening and then relaxed in the warm jaccuzi when we got home. The owners of the property were also super helpful and friendly. Thank you again so much.

Stayed 1 night here and couldn't fault anything. Owners were great with communication before hand and even let us check in early as we arrived earlier than planned. Place was spotless inside and out with everything you need. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Wonderful accommodations

Zero complaints. This place was fantastic! The Jacuzzi was excellent, and it is a great place to stay near London if you don't want to actually be in London. The owners were wonderful and accommodating, the bed was comfortable and show nice and hot! We stayed there the last night in the UK, it was easy to get an UBER at 5am to take us to the airport, which was approximately 15 minutes away. Highly recommend the Jacuzzi! It is also about the same distance timewise via UBER to Windsor, where we took a tour of the Castle and had a few pints in the town. Wonderful experience, wonderful location, highly recommend!

Nice place along the Thames River

We were very happy with the location and how nice the place was. The owner even took us to a local pub and dropped of us for supper the day we flew in from france. It is also worth the time and effort to rent the small boat from them and explore the Thames river and explore the beautiful scenery along the Thames. The only draw back and you get use to it quickly is all the planes that take off from london heathrow which is about 7 miles from the home,. Great place to stay and the owners are a charming couple
