Townhouse with great value

This is a 4BR Townhouse with 3 full baths Conveniently located. The location, amenities and the interior decor were all selected with you our esteemed future guest at the forefront of our thought process. There is a library if you choose to escape to read or perhaps escape from your group to unwind. A modern and functional kitchen can really give you the feeling of a home away from home. There are numerous stores and restaurants within a very short distance if you ever need to dash out to pick a few items. There is also the added advantage of being very close to I-95, Quantico Marine base (11miles), a commuter lot, wineries, hiking trails and historic Fredericksburg. We invite you to consider our property to really experience what we truly believe is a great value.

Highly recommended, especially for events at Quantico Marine Corps base. Close to shopping, grocery stores, and easy to get to the base. Easy check-in and out. Proactive and thoughtful communication from our hosts. If you are coming for OCS or TBS graduation, you won’t be disappointed.

Three generations gathered for a family wedding and this townhouse was perfect for us. Proximity to the bride and groom and church were top priority, but in addition we found a clean townhouse with the basics we needed in the kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, and an extra living room where the 6 year olds’ blow up mattresses fit nicely. The kids had space for their art projects while adults gathered for hours of coffee and conversation between wedding events. Thanks so much!

Cannot say enough good things about this house. Its extremely clean and everything in working order. Kitchen is well stocked, which was helpful as we cooked or barbecued everyday. Location is excellent; convenient to I-95, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend Robiolina Italian restaurant for a nice meal or Girlfriend’s Taphouse for something casual.

Wonderful Place for Quantico Visits

Townhouse was prefect. It had everything we needed and was close to shopping, restaurants and base. Kofi made everything easy for us and had excellent communication! I would absolutely recommend.

Great stay!! 5+ stars for the hosts!

This place is a great place to stay. It's very clean and very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The beds are extremely comfortable. It was a wonderful place for 8 adults and never seemed cramped. Plenty of room for us. One thing I do have to say about this place is that the hosts are amazing people!! They contacted me a couple of times to make sure everything was ok during our stay. We ran into an issue where our flights were canceled to come home and we couldn't leave for another day. We had reservations for 3 nights and because we missed our first night of the reservation (for our own personal reasons) they let me extend that reservation for another night at the end, at no extra charge!! I was truly amazed by that! They are very honest and generous people and I would rent from them anytime! You don't find people like that anymore. They really helped us out at a terrible time and I appreciate what they did for us. I HIGHLY recommend this place! You won't regret it.

Great townhouse

We had a fabulous trip enjoying our Marine Officer graduate. This townhouse was minutes from base and offered everything necessary. The beds were super comfy and the hosts were nice enough to check in and make sure everything was perfect.. thank you!

Arlington National Cemetery

This was a great find for our family for a short term (1 week) stay. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Restaurants, shopping centers, community public pool, and close to I-95 (.03 mile ). Kofi and Josephine were great hosts and communicated promptly on any questions or concerns during our stay. Very pleasant and satisfying stay for the whole family.

Wonderful property!

Everything with this property was perfect. It was in a great location, in close proximity to shopping and food options. The check-in/check-out was easy and straightforward. The property was also well-stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, towels, and drinks. Would definitely recommend!

Place was perfect except for the bathrooms that were either upstairs or downstairs….so it was hard on my mother an elder. But great for everyone else. Clean and many little extras! Love it!

Pleasant Stay

My family came to visit my son, who is stationed in Quantico for the weekend. We walked in and the pictures didn't give it justice. It's a beautiful home, with everything we could have wanted. All of the beds were extremely cozy and comfortable. The host was quick to respond to my questions leading up to the trip as well. Definitely would recommend and will most likely use the same place again and again. It's 15 minutes from my son's base and 40 minutes from Washington DC, with tons of shopping right down the road, as well as many restaurant choices.

AWESOME PLACE TO STAY FOR OUR DAUGHTERS FBI GRADUATION = BOOK IT ASAP!!!

We are VRBO owners also in Florida and couldn’t have been happier with everything about this place the location the cleanliness, the layout, I mean the downstairs could’ve been a separate unit all to its own. You won’t be disappointed BOOKING here!!!. Our only regret was that we didn’t have time to let our granddaughters play on the playground outback!!! Book now don’t pass this one up!!!

Great Stay

My family and I (6 adults) were in town for my son's graduation from a Marine Corps program at the Quantico Marine Base. Plenty of room and everything was first rate about the property. A++ property

I can’t say enough positive about this property. We loved it! Very clean and well stocked for our stay. Communication with host was always prompt and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property especially if you are looking for a family friendly place close to the USMC base. Conveniently located to base, restaurants and shopping.
