This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. I didn’t sleep that night bet tried not to let it spoil my trip. We stayed another night because we got in late after our planned event. Upon checkout, I was told that because the room was booked online I couldn’t get a physical receipt, and that I would get my $50. deposit back in 3-5 days. I checked out on 3-8-26. I called and asked about my deposit on the 15th because I had not received it and was told to give it a few more days. I still don’t have my deposit. I have pictures of how the room was left. I ve tried to reach out to the manager but have been put off every time. I’d hate to report this but after reading some of the other reviews I’ve decided to notify BBB.
