"This hotel is beautiful and luxurious, however what made the stay so enjoyable is the quality of the staff. They were all very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Great base for exploring Pompeii, Naples city and also Sorrento/Amalfi but you also have the peace of being outside the busy centre of Naples. 9.5/10. "

"Beautiful property. Gorgeous terrace looking out to sea. Very comfortable and stylish room. Great breakfast buffet. Staff are fantastic. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. "Ana was an amazing host! She was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating and made us feel right at home! She also gave us great information about Castellammare as well recommendations for restaurants to try. The room was beautiful-very clean and comfortable. We loved it! The town itself was beautiful and so interesting to wander around. We had booked accommodations in order to more easily visit Pompeii on our trip to Rome, but my kids and I agreed that we would love to come back and spend...

"Very convenient location to the train station, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. We were able to get to all our destinations very easily (Pompei, Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano). Our host Francesco was very helpful in answering all our questions. Town feels very safe. Building entrance is run down but the actual flat is quite nice. Only thing missing is an iron for clothes. Great stay! "

"This is such a lovely and central location. The premises are stocked with everything you need and the hosts are 11/10. I can’t speak highly enough of their kindness and helpfulness! "What a beautiful hotel on the beach! The staff was excellent! The rooms are spacious and clean. The rooms were quiet and peaceful. The bar was well stocked and decent snacks accompanied the drinks. The location is great for creating a home base for day trips from this spot! Unfortunately, the area does not have great restaurants. So make sure to plan meals elsewhere or bring something into the room and enjoy a very romantic occasion on one's private balcony. "

"B&B Le Cycas was a gem! The location is perfect with excellent on-site parking and easy access to train and bus stops—just 15 minutes to Naples, Sorrento, or Pompeii. The B&B has a clean, authentic, and romantic vibe, with great AC and a delicious breakfast. Antonella, the sweet and helpful landlady, made our stay even better. We loved it so much we stayed a second night and even made a trip to Capri. Highly recommend!"

"Truly a hidden gem. The staff is very welcoming and tended to all our needs. The breakfast is nice. The rooms are cozy, bathroom very sleek and clean. The location is walking distance from the shoreline and the metro so exploring everything the coast had to offer was easy. I wouldn’t stay at any other hotel now that I’ve been to it."

"We booked that place for one night. After a while the host wrote to us not to come and that there were no room available. Under such circumstances I asked the host to cancel my reservation in order I could book another place. But the host refused to do that! So, I wonder if the host is a fraudster or simply irresponsible person, who doesn’t update calendar."
