"I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments.
The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. We were early and that’s when she told us about an early check in fee.
Then the apartment was very dusty. The floors, the furniture, the fixtures everything. We were told that...

"The area was conveniently located close by the ferry. I admire that there is an on-site restaurant along with 2 pools. Definitely gives vacation vibes and it is also conveniently located by the marina and the beach. The host wrote well written instructions and suggestions where I didn't even need to contact him. Everything was smooth. This was an incredible experience!"

"Location was great-short walk to beach. In walking distance to excellent restaurant. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Could use some maintenance updates. Overall it was a great place to stay. We communicated directly with Chris! She was very helpful it getting us settled and giving info on beaches, eateries and sites to see. "We spent five days at the beginning of May 2026 in this condo and couldn’t ask for a better spot for our first trip to St. Thomas! Perfect location ..close to Red Hook for shops and the ferry. Nice balcony for watching the sunrise and coffee. Pool was refreshing and maintained regularly. Local restaurant / bar, Sudi’s, located in the lower level of building. Provides laid back island vibes with great drinks and delicious food.
Host was accommodating and responsive when needed. Would definitely...
