Have stayed here several years in a row. The rooms are amazing and it’s easy access to Red Hook and the beaches. Great amenities offered. The sargassum is the worst it’s ever been, free shuttle to other beaches is offered.

The resort and amenities were very good. Would have liked more restaurant options. The drink specials at the pool bar were fantastic! Would definitely stay again, but next time I would request a room on the first level, or preferably by the reception building.

The grounds of this property are beautiful. The actual unit was clean. I will warn you this is not a resort to go to if you want to walk to a "beach" there is no beach here to enjoy. Also there is only one restaurant. The food was below avg and pricey. The staff was not overly friendly. We did not have pool towels in our room as shown in the photos. Also we stayed for 7 nights (3 people) yet were only provided 2 bath towels and one thing of shampoo. We did request more and were provided more but the I just do not think a 4 star resort you should have to do that. This is not a 4 star property as far as service and amenities. I will also say you have to park really far from your room. The rooms all require a lot of stairs as they are high on the hills. If you have trouble with mobility this is not the place for you. They do have golf carts that will give you a ride but there is not nearly enough for the amount of people staying at the resort so the waits are long if they even ever come. There is not extra amenities here I would expect out of a 4 star resort. No children activities, no spa, no daily housekeeping really not a luxury experience I would expect at a 4 star. I have seen other post regarding receiving waters in the room etc. We had none of that. It took us two days to figure out where the coffee shop was because when we would ask a staff they would all tell us something different. The coffee shop has long wait times and food in case was gross and soggy yet expensive.

The hotel is good and has everything you need and plus. Unfortunately we ate only one time in the hotel restaurant. We were tired of all day on the beach and we wanted eat there to don’t go to the little center to eat but food was terrible. Hotel is close to the restaurants but in general St Thomas doesn’t have good and clean places to eat. Everything very expensive and not good. Never going back again!

The staff was friendly and professional and most of the property was excellent, this includes the rooms and lobby and pools. The only downside to this property was the beach which was dirty and smelled like rotten sea weed.

Margaritaville was excellent! Good food, great service, and we loved the pools! Shuttles to your room and taxis were always available and the room was very clean and nice.

Palm trees and sun

Overall, this was a great place to stay. Can't really use the beach all the time due to the seaweed but that didn't matter to us. Its not that bad, only right on the water line. My only gripe is the staff trying to get you to go to these " presentations " which are always about time shares, which we had 0 interest in. Definitely would not have gone had we known. Not super busy. Just a nice relaxing vacation.
