Location Location Location II - Simply The Best On The Beach!

Enjoy the ultimate in luxury and relaxation in our upper unit Beachfront Cowpet Bay West Condo with all the amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms each with en suite full bathrooms, central air, washer & dryer, cable tv, wireless internet, phone, ring doorbell, small safe for your valuables, gas grill, beach towels, cooler, beach toys and more. All within a gated community. Our condo comfortably sleeps maximum FIVE. The beachside bedroom features Tommy Bahama furnishings with a king bed, ceiling fan, tv and dvd player with en suite full bathroom with double sinks. The garden side bedroom has a king bed and a twin in alcove, ceiling fan, tv and dvd player with spacious en suite full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Our custom kitchen features top of the line appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar with seating for three. Our dining area has seating for four. The living area has a brand new couch, two Tommy Bahama chairs, ceiling fan, tv and dvd player.

Unwind on the balcony off the living room or beachside bedroom, listen to the ocean while gazing at Cowpet Bay and views of islands further out in the Caribbean Sea. Head out the front door and your toes are in the warm sand and water within seconds, swim, snorkel or just relax on the beach under a palm or grape tree reading a book, tanning or taking a nap on a lounge chair. Book a day sail, rent a kayak or paddle board from the hut on the beach. Picturesque pool and hot tub right behind the beach to our condos left with a pool bar. Two great restaurants, Caribbean Fish Market (Dinner and Sunday Brunch) and Sangrias (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). We're next to the Ritz with additional restaurants, shops and excursions.

Red Hook is a 5 minute ride, enjoy shopping, dining at 12+ restaurants and bars. Take a ferry to St. John U.S.V.I., or if you have your passport Jost Van Dyke or Tortolla B.V.I. for more beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping.

Our condo in St Thomas's East End on Cowpet Bay is truly in Paradise with endless opportunities for the greatest vacation of a lifetime. 5 day minimum stay and accommodates up to 5 people max.

This condo was amazing! All the comforts of home. Clean and well stocked with towels and beach gear. Oceanfront view and a one minute walk down the stairs to the beautiful beach. Tara, the property manager, was great and always available when I called or texted her. I highly recommend this property.

We had such a great stay at this condo for a week with my two teenage boys. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach, which made it so easy to come and go throughout the day. One of our favorite parts was having access to a more private beach. With spring break crowds making the public beaches pretty busy, it was the perfect place to truly relax and unwind.The pool was clean and warm, and the ocean views from the condo were beautiful. We especially loved winding down each evening with happy hour on the patio—it quickly became our favorite daily tradition.Inside, everything was comfortable and well-kept. The beds and linens were great, and we made good use of the blender for our nightly drinks. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’re already hoping to come back again.

This is a great location. You can leave the sliders opened at night and hear the waves. 2 bedrooms w/ 2 beds in 2 2nd room (daybed and queen sized bed). We were very happy staying here as a family of 4 with 2 adult kids.

Great views, beach, condo. The unit is equipped with everything you might need. It is a very convenient location- close to Red Hook. Ver y well maintained. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. The property manager was very attentive when we stupidly could not figure out the WiFi password. We would rent again when returning to STT.

We booked this condo for 5 nights and ended up extending our vacation because this property was so lovely! The check in process was so easy, we had everything we needed and Tara the property manager was so very responsive and accommodating. The pool on the grounds was very clean and nice and they beach was clean,inviting and never crowded! We travel to St. Thomas yearly and will for sure be coming back to this location in the future!

Beautiful condo in amazing location!

We had a fabulous time in Cowpet Bay! The condo was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need for the beach and then some. Snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, floats, etc etc. We were only a 5 minute drive from Red Hook which had lots of food options as well as the ferry to St John. There were also a couple restaurants on the property which were walking distance. The beach is quiet and clean. Tara was amazing and super helpful in answering all our questions both before and during our trip. We will definitely be back! Thank you! :-D

Exceptional, perfect place on St Thomas

Tara, the office mgr, was truly amazing. She was always available for questions about restaurants, beaches, etc. She went above and beyond due to my recent surgery and helped accommodate my needs. Beds were great! Very clean, lots of extra conveniences luke beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, snorkel gear. There are some spices and salt/pepper, paper products, cleaning and laundry supplies. SO appreciated this! You can't ask for more from this place. Carribean Fish House next did had best seafood on the island and their sister restaurant on same beach has excellent food all throughout the day. Tara, really GREAT JOB!! Im so impressed! I've been a VRBO owner, and you'll never get a better place than this

A week in Paradise

We viewed a few places to stay for the week and so happy we went with Cowpet Bay. As soon as we walked in the door you could see the beautiful views of the ocean. The rooms were large and accommodating. We loved both the Caribbean Fish Market for dinner and Sunday brunch and Sangrias on the beach for lunch and drinks. We made use of the beach chairs and coolers when we explored other beaches and also the use of others sunscreen from the basket. We also left ours for use for the next guests. It was so relaxing and quiet which is just what we wanted. We will definitely look to stay there in the future!

Beachfront Paradise!!

Everything about this place was exceptional, from the location to the amenities to the property manager, Tara. She was amazing. She made us feel welcome, and was always available to answer any questions we had about the condo and also about the island — things to do, places to eat, etc.The condo’s photographs and amenities are exactly as described. Everything about this place is great— it is spotless, up to date, The decor is really nice, islandy, very comfy beds as well as chairs and sofa. The views from the deck are beautiful. We sat out there a lot. There is a closet full of beach chairs, towels, bags, coolers, everything you need for a day at the beach. Tara even brought over extra floats for my family. Pool area is pretty, has that tropical vibe. Sangria’s is a 2 minute walk, we ate there for drinks and apps, another time for breakfast. This condo was the perfect space for me and my husband and our two adult children. They had the garden bedroom and their own full bathroom, and my husband and I had the oceanfront bedroom with our own full bathroom.This beautiful place was hands down better and more enjoyable than a hotel. So relaxing, so spacious . I’d come back here in a heartbeat!

Island Fun

The property was exactly as advertised. Absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the view, beach, pool and the restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of beach chairs available on the beach. We rented a car to explore the island so it was nice to have a parking spot right in front of the condo. A little trouble with the water that flushed the toilet but not the fault of the condo as it was an issue with the whole area. Definitely recommend this property, communication with the property manager was extremely excellent!

Fantastic location, well equipped

Spent 5 nights here in January 2025. The unit is even better in person. The living and bedroom furnishings are very comfortable. There’s lots of seating on the balcony to enjoy the beach views. The owners have provided everything you need or forgot for the beach. There’s a large closet with beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, sun hats, noodles - everything you might need for a day exploring different beaches. The proximity to Red Hook for restaurants and shopping can’t be beat. Highly recommend for location, comfort and amenities.
