All the comforts of home, in paradise. We (5) stayed here over spring break 2026 (two adults, one 12 year old, and two senior citizens), and were very happy with the experience. The property is very easy to find, yet secluded at the same time. Comparing this to the other homes we’ve rented, it is on the larger side. We enjoyed many hours sitting on the covered patio, being cooled by the nice breeze and enjoying the view. By far, this house has the best pool we’ve ever experienced. It was at least 25 feet long and 10 feet wide. The pool seems to be heated and has steps at the shallow end, about 3 feet. The pool gradually dips to about 6 feet at the deep end. There is also a submerged sitting ledge about a foot under water all along the house side of the pool. We went to a different beach each day, and in mid-afternoon were usually in the pool enjoying a post-beach splash. Also, this pool is great for star-gazers: free float or float on a raft, and stare up at the stars at night. One of the benefits of St. Thomas over St. John is the number of restaurants. We tried a few and enjoyed the food, but we also enjoyed cooking at home.Power outages in the islands are frequent. This property has solar panels and a battery system so we never experienced any outages longer than a few seconds. One day, the Internet went out in our area; otherwise, the Internet was solid the duration of our stay. The stove is gas, so the power outages did not affect cooking at all.
