"I can't complain the staff i encountered we all friendly event security. I didn't have them clean my room during my stay. But i did ask for fresh towels and got immediately. Rooms clean views lovely easy to get taxis if not driving. If you up for it walking distance from most hot spots and food."

"When I arrived the check in staff was fabulous!! Overall the property is clean and beautiful. Although, it was overall clean my bathroom floor could use a thorough cleaning. Emerald Beach Resort
"Well first of all, the property is beautiful but needs basic upkeep. Noone cleaned our room the entire stay. I saw trash that was there when I arrived and still there when I left 4 days later. The pool was dirty on arrival and dirty when I left. The service at the restaurant on the property was lacking. ..."
