This two bedroom, two bath North Breakers condominium is being offered by Hodnett Cooper. North Breakers #200 has many upgraded furnishings to include shiplap, beautiful tile floors throughout, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. An added feature is additional windows in the main living area since you are located on the end. North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen, and large combined living and dining area.

The community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from March through October, allowing for an extended swimming season.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!”

The condo was perfect! The pool was amazing too. The location is close to restaurants & shops. The only downside was the boardwalk to the beach is more like a hiking trail. It is all mud. The building or town needs to bring in sand or build a structure. Nothing against the condo or the host as they cannot control that but that is why I didn’t give it a 5/5.

We had an excellent stay! This condo had everything we needed! The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook any meal! Having a washer and dryer is always a plus. Extremely clean and comfortable, beds comfy and shower was great! Dog friendly and our pet was comfortable in the AC while we were out. The beach was an easy walk and the shops and restaurants were all close by. This was our 3rd stay in St. Simon’s and we will definitely be back!!

Great condo near the beach!

My husband and I spent the week at SSI. This two bedroom condo was perfect for us. A quick walk to the beach and chairs and bikes were dropped off at the unit the day we checked in. Good security and plenty of covered parking spots. We will definitely be back!

Grand baby’s 1st beach trip

The property and condo were very nice and clean. It was located near to the restaurants and shopping. Only minus was how far a walk to the beach it was. It’s a long walk for us older people and carrying a 3 month old. Overall is was a great trip.

Loved the condo!

My husband kept telling me what a nice place this condo was. It was a great location and very clean. We had plenty of covers for all 3 beds which is sometimes not the case at other rentals.

Family vacation

The only disappointing part of our stay was the fact that the second bedroom only had one bed. When I booked this unit it had two twins in the second room. I have a 13 year old daughter and a 16 year old son so asking them to sleep in a bed together was not going to happen. I also had to request sheets for the couch for my son to sleep. I also felt that the pool could have been cleaned daily.

Really nice with a few technical difficulties

Disposal clogged twice. But the kitchen was really nice to cook in and was FULLY STOCKED for anything! I did not want for any kitchen dishes. Getting in with two management companies involved was really confusing and there were communication gaps. The place was beautiful and comfortable however. I loved how close it was to the beach! Great location overall!

Exceeded expectations

This was a lovely property - clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Beds and pillows were comfy, towels were plentiful, & kitchen had everything we needed, including basic spices. Parking was easy. We had no issues with simple online checkin/checkout. Overall excellent.

Horrible beginning turned into a fabulous stay!

Upon arriving at East Beach we found a major renovation taking place. I immediately called management!! They were very understanding and placed us in a beautiful beach front condo. Our girls weekend became a wonderful memory, thanks to the management!!!
