Hodnett Cooper proudly presents this gorgeous three bedroom, three bath, St. Simons Grand condominium. Beautiful designer furnishings throughout!

Enjoy spectacular ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master suite. This condominium is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three generously sized bedrooms.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Grand #123 is located on the first floor above parking, and offers private steps from the balcony to the courtyard. |

A small pet under 35 pounds will be accepted with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. |

Property is great. Lots of room, clean, pretty view, kitchen is fully stocked. Only challenge was that it’s somewhat of a long walk to beach and close to the public beach access.

Condo itself is fantastic!

The pictures do not do this place justice! It is beautiful and comfortable! My only complaint is the elevators were our quite often. My husband has a cane and it made groceries, luggage, etc. very difficult. Out of three elevators, two were down most of the visit, except for the one on the opposite side of the building.

Perfect location

I’m so glad we chose this location - it’s the perfect place on St Simons Island. Quiet beach but super close to shops and restaurants. The condo was huge and clean and the only thing needing updates was the master bathroom but not the end of the world ! Just kinda eighties design . Would 100% book again. I left a few dresses in the master closet and am awaiting their return as I called an hour after leaving .

Everything was excellent except the master bedroom mattress.

The mattress was so uncomfortable I slept on the couch and my husband was so sore he could hardly walk. If it weren’t for that I would definitely stay in this beautiful unit again.

Nice place. Would stay there again. The only negative is that it sits back off the water a good ways. There is an unobstructed view to the ocean. However, that would not stop us from staying there again.
