This stunning, newly renovated compound is located just steps from the beach! Folly Flats Unit A is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that sleeps 2 people. The location doesn't get any better with walking distance to the beach (0.1 miles), the St. Simons pier (0.8 miles) and an abundance of great restaurants, shopping and various entertainment whether you take a left or right out of the property!

This unit boasts all the fun amenities you could ask for on vacation… a brand new, fenced-in pool (can be heated during the cooler months for an additional charge), an outdoor shower, a putting green, a lounge area with outdoor grill, and a fire pit!

Unit A is located on the ground floor with a large covered porch, no staircase necessary. Upon entering, you are welcomed to a beautiful, open-concept living room, kitchenette and dining table with brand new furniture and appliances. While this property does not offer a conventional oven, we do offer an outdoor gas grill! Make your way down the hallway and you will find a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer on your left and a bathroom with a standing shower on your right. Make your way a little further down the hallway to the master bedroom, which boasts a king-sized bed and large walk-in closet.

Looking to sleep more than 2? Inquire about Folly Flats Unit B and/or Unit C, two units connected to Unit A that are located in the same space. Unit B offers a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space and sleeps an additional 2 guests. Unit B offers a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath space and sleeps an additional 4 guests.
