  • This 5 star rated pool home is located directly on the water. Everything you need to relax and rejuvenate on your tropical vacation. This home is a duplex with two units, each rented separately. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has upgraded EVERYTHING. New washer and dryer in the unit! You can walk to the Treasure Island Public beach at the end of the street with a 4 minute walk or enjoy dolphin and bird watching from your own pool or dock. All the comforts of home if home had an incredible view of sun rise and sunset over Boca Ciega Bay! Rent a boat or bring your own as we have an available boat dock and lift for an extra charge (please contact prior to booking if interested). Completely remodeled with all brand new Samsung appliances, and quartz counter tops.

    We look forward to you having an incredible vacation, but this is not a party house, please. We have a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.

    It is located just 30 minutes from Clearwater Airport and 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Just half a mile from Johns Pass with tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, golf cart rentals, antique shops and all the ice cream you can enjoy!

Absolutely a Beautiful Property! Manatees , Dolphins, Friendly Ducks, and what a relaxing time . Close to Beach and Restaurants. Extremely clean and comfortable..Will definitely stay again..

This was the Best place we have ever stayed at. Loved the pool, got to see Dolphins everyday in the Bay and the beach was a 4min walk from our place. We will definitely come back!!

The house is very clean and beachy fresh vibe with a beautiful view and surprise visits from dolphins and several local birds who wanted a sip out of the pool. Host was super responsive for any questions and property had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. Was a great retreat for my son’s college graduation. Would stay here again if I needed to be I the area again.

A beautiful place. Better than described and on pictures. Nothing missing in the property that we could have possibly wanted. Incredible views, a lovely relaxing pool and garden.Excellent hosts with exceptional communication with near immediate response.I would 1000% stay here again when in town.

Beautiful place, highly recommend!

Gorgeous Villa with an amazing view. Location was great, it was close to the beach and entertainment Treasure Island has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Million dollar view for sure ! Spent 5 days and definitely will return ! Everything was as shown, clean , quiet neighborhood, being able to sit on the patio by the pool was great! Terry was quick to answer any questions we had and check in process was easy ! Highly recommend!!

Great. Id upgrade the shower curtains though. Very thin, not long enough to touch shower floor, and cling to you. Mattress could be updated. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect

Excellent communication between myself and owners. Beautiful, clean unit. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Dog friendly area. Nice streets for walking our pet with friendly neighbors.

This has been the most amazing place! We are pretty picky about cleanliness and this place far exceeded our expectations! The pool was amazing and the kids swam daily! The sunrise view was spectacular and made me want to get up early to watch it. Walking to the beach was an added bonus and it was nice to have the wagon, sand toys, chairs and towels to bring with us! Loved that we didn’t have to get into our rental car all wet and sandy! Communications with our hosts was fast!! They got right back to us! Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Glad we had a rental car but nothing was too far away! Our entire family is ready to book our next trip! Nobody wants to leave!
