Why book 3 or 4 hotel rooms when you can book this beautiful and completely remodeled 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath 1788 sq. ft. home, centrally located in desirable South Pasadena Florida. Professionally decorated in a contemporary beach décor, stunning, spacious and very private!

There is no lack of amazing things to do around the home, but if you want to be close to the St. Pete Beach, you are only 2.5 miles away and 6.5 miles to downtown St. Pete where night life entertainment abounds. Visit the finest restaurants, museums, theater, boating and beaches in this paradise Florida community. In addition to the award-winning white sand beaches, this famous Florida destination offers opportunities to get familiar with the Gulf of Mexico, many fishing and boat tours are available.

Master Bedroom: King Bed / Bedroom 2: Queen Bed / Bedroom 3: Queen Bed + Twin over Full Bunk-bed / Bedroom 4: Two Twin Beds

All bathrooms are accommodated with towels, wash cloths and toiletries. Dining area with seating for 10 at table plus additional 3 at breakfast bar. Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and completely stocked with cookware, and silverware, blender, coffee maker, toaster, electric griddle, pots and pans, glassware, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Laundry room: washer, dryer and utility sink. Large screened-in porch with dining table for 6 plus A-frame wooden picnic table with umbrella for outdoor dining. Outdoor grill with bbq tent. Fire pit that seats 6, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the family time. Circular driveway that fits up to 3 automobiles plus a carport. Plenty of games to enjoy with the family such as: pool table, foosball, deluxe poker, dominoes table, cornhole set, board games and more. Pets are not allowed.

*LOCATION*

Our neighborhood is safe and friendly. Easy walk to the shopping center with a CVS, Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants and much more.

You can take a 35-minute drive and visit Winter and Hope - the stars of Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale 2 at Clearwater Marine Aquarium.

St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport are equally convenient - just a 20-30 minute drive. Tampa Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo and Florida Aquarium are only a 45 minute drive. Easy 90-minute drive to Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studio theme parks.

This property is large and spacious. Back yard is HUGE. Close to major stores and restaurants. The only small concern that I brought to the host attention is that guest does not have access to the AC thermostat. The host was very responsive and addressed all my concerns

We were in town for a swim meet in St. Petersburg and this location was perfect. Not too far from St. Petersburg downtown (20 min), and very convenient fun things like St. Pete Beach, and a sunset dolphin cruise from nearby Gulfport. Also, super convenient to not one, not two, but three grocery stores! Members of our group could easily walk there as they desired. Host Diana was very responsive, and the house is in nice condition. Would recommend and come back!

Convenient location

House and amenities were very nice. The location was conveniently located near the beach, and downtown. And not far from Tampa Bay either. It is right on the main road so noise from cars was common (only reason for 4 star on location.

Central vacation home away from home

The property is cose to everything you need. Within walking distance of groceries, plenty of delivery options and close to the bus route. Everything was clean. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The host was very responsive to communication. The only negative was the hair dryers did not work, but we bought one and left it at the property and infirmed the host. Overall a great place to stay!Theoonly negative was

My family and I (7 in total) used this home recently. We were in town to see my daughter sing with St Petersburg Opera. We found the home easily but upon arriving found it was on a very busy main thoroughfare. The driveway was a half circle which was good, but pulling out onto the street was a bit precarious. The only other issue was the A/C, which worked fine and kept us all cool but was very loud inside, with a constant loud drip whenever it was running. Otherwise we were very happy with this home. We enjoyed the screened lanai and the easy proximity to all we chose to do. I would recommend this home.

Great place for a family Christmas

We were in town to celebrate Christmas with two brothers who live in Gulfport. There was plenty of room for the 8 adults and 1 infant who were staying there, as well as the brothers who live there to hang out and spend time together. The table was even big enough for all of us to eat together! Plenty of supplies - dishes, silverware, cooking needs, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap, etc. The house is on a busy road, but it was easy to get into and out of due to the stoplight just up the road. Hanging out in the backyard, you don’t even notice any street noise. Diana was very responsive to answer any questions we had. Over all, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beach wedding weekend

The house was as stated and my family and I had an enjoyable weekend at this house. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and it is close to everything we wanted to see or go too. I have to say that the owner was extremely quick to respond to any and all inquiries that I had. I definitively will consider renting this same house the next time I plan a few days on Treasure Island or any of the island communities.
