This property was AMAZING! My jaw actually dropped when I walked in and saw the view! Absolute beautiful home also. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, everything was wonderful! I usually like different places to stay but I'd stay here again! You are right on the beach and it's so quiet it's like your own private spot. Plus, the management company was amazing in their communication. We needed the heat turned on and they got it done after hours (needed service). 10/10!!!

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect place to stay! The view of the ocean was amazing and the property was clean and beautiful. The location was also very close to restaurants and shops. We had a great time relaxing on the beach and walking down the beach to frenchies for lunch. We would definitely stay here again.

Location location location

Looking for being directly on the beach, secure this location. House has so much potential w/attention to fixing & cleaning, we would change our mind on returning.Constructions is still going but did not cause issue. Management was great on communication & check-in.Some needded improvements: BBQ issues noted in past reviews, a new one is needed.Took 45 mins to cook hotdogs on high.The plunge pool is not a pool.It's a hottub that broke & instead of fixing or tearing it out & putting new one in they call it a plunge pool. Two microwaves in kitchen, please look at the one on the counter…we could not get it to work. There are no screens on doors/windows, so if you plan to open the windows at night to hear the ocean it is wide open for critters to join you. There are no extras in this location.You will have all cooking pots/pans/dishes you need but be prepared to go shopping & bring everything including coffee, salt/pepper/seasonings.Do not look up. The ceiling rafters & fans are very dirty in the living room. Understanding that the ceilings are vaulted but it is visible. Positives…the location! Every morning, we walked the beach for shells & being directly on the beach was huge. Walked down to eat almost every night to some great dinning options. Our sunset walks at night were amazing. Again, location is perfect. If you fix or replace the hot tub that heats to above 100 degrees please let us know as we would 100% return.

Beautiful house beautiful location

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house and location were amazing. Steps to the beautiful beach in a quiet residential area and a short distance away from places to eat and shop. Having the outside area with the pool was absolutely wonderful. My two toddlers had so much fun playing in the pool and the beach. The construction was at a point that we hardly heard any noise. When we had any issues the property manager was very helpful and easy to reach. Highly recommend 👍

Family get away

We had a bit of a family emergency and the rental company were amazing at working with us. The property itself was just what the doctor ordered. You walked outside to a personal oasis so it allowed us to relax and enjoy our family during a time that it was the most needed. I would recommend this property to anyone who actually need a relaxing vacation, it’s the perfect get away. We are looking forward to our next trip down to this home.

We love staying here. It’s so nice being able to walk right out to beach from a single story house. The back patio is amazing and the pool is an added bonus.

Cute bungalow

Cute small house. Beautiful ocean view. Construction on BOTH sides of house was annoying, but presumably will be done by end of year? (It is what it is….and they weren’t too obnoxious!) House could use some improvements- doors stuck in most rooms (and one bedroom one was even missing.) We were annoyed they insisted they had to install a wifi booster in house, which did absolutely nothing other than screw it up for us (and we had two people that were working on trip that had no issue until then,) then they wanted in a second time to “leave doors in the house to install for after we checked out?” I saw no point in having my day ruined a second time for me to be in house waiting to meet their appointments to then have doors set in house for when we’re gone that we’d have to crawl around because there was no “extra space” in house to put them that they’d not be in our way (they didn’t want to set outside because it was supposed to rain. And ultimately we decided on a spot under the outside porch would be ok- and they’d not need to come in….and when we returned that evening, they had not been delivered- so I’m glad I hadn’t sat there waiting to let them in!)

Not again

Maintenance issues and not minor. Ceiling water leak. Construction noise sunup to sundown on both sides. Mosquitoes are horrible and I live in Florida. Workers in and out of the house. Hot tub heater broke. Landscaping was bad shape. Would not rent again.

Just Okay - Neglected

I just completed a 6 night stay. I can’t say that this property was horrible, because I’ve definitely seen much worse. The photos for this listing must be when the home was brand new. The sink has leaked for months, or so long that the wood surrounding the leak has become swollen and flaking off. I paid extra to have the pool heated, and it was never any warmer than outdoor temperature. The step walking down to the beach area was broken and flipped off on our family multiple times. The master shower has such little pressure that we stopped using it and used the other shower. A piece of tile in front of the master shower was broken and when stepped on would flip up. There’s one spot to park, and construction next door is really unfortunate as far as noise as it is right outside the doors and for small kidsX they will be awake at 7am when the construction begins. Property manager was excellent with communication and was not aware of this, I just feel like for the price of this unit others deserve to know not to expect what is listed. It’s definitely not the same.

Not as advertised!!!!

The location was the only accurate part of the description. You’ll need everything to stay here. Basic amenities and bare bones on the essentials. We left more there than they had when we arrived. The management company needs to do a lot as far as customer service is concerned. Plenty of beautiful homes you can rent for way better value in the area.

This property is Amazing!

We just got back from vacation today! 7 girls. It was such a great place! It's my second time at this property And I'd love to go back again! The view of the ocean from the pool/spa is amazing! The house is beautiful and the property rental company was great to work with. We walked the beach, sat by the ocean and went swimming in the ocean. Had the best time with the girls!

Nice and clean. Could use a little TLC on a few things but workable.

House was clean but dishwasher didn’t really clean dishes good, need more pillows, fans and blankets if have 12 people staying here. Definitely needs more trash containers as we cooked daily and the trash was overflowing. Some of us like the beds and other did not. Would stay here again most definitely. We bought extra items and took them to a friend to keep for our next trip down!

Great location for low key beach goers, yet a trolley ride to the busy town.

We had a great vacation. Fabulous view, morning ,noon & night. The main core of the house is roomy. 2 of the 3 bedrooms a little small but over all do able. A few bumps and bruises in the house but nothing that would stop an enjoyable stay. Kitchen well stocked and very functional. Splash pool was a pleasant surprise for a cool down. Mona was easy to reach out to for any issues or recommendations. Mesquites were an issue under the hut so we sat on the patio most of the time. NOTE: THERE IS CONSTRUCTION NEXT DOOR. Thankfully they were not there but for 45 min one morning. That could have been a Big game changer but it was Not an issue for us.

Great location

The house was nice but very needs updating of amenities. Kitchen dishes and glassware could of been better. The bathroom needs to Updated. It is very small. The AC unit is loud and makes noise all night and day. The outside of the House could use pressure washing. Furnishings in the LR were dirty, and the chair at the desk should be replaced. The back is not steady. But, the location of The house and the pool are great! I hope that they can make some improvements, because we do like to consider renting it again.

Super Lage

Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand, das Terrassendach würde aber eine Renovierung benötigen, da es an vielen Stellen nicht mehr dicht ist. Es regnet stark auf die Terrasse. Das Haus innen ist an einigen Stellen schon in die Jahre gekommen, ein Refreshing wäre angebracht. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einzigartig und tröstet über die anderen Sachen hinweg. Der Strand ist auch nicht überfüllt, da sich der hauptsächliche Tourismus etwas weiter im Süden abspielt. Wirklich fantastisch. Clearwater Beach ist ein idealer Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub. Eine Baustelle direkt neben dem Haus beeinträchtigt schon ein wenig. Der Lärm hängt von den Tätigkeiten ab, die verrichtet werden. Meine Empfehlung wäre, das Hausinnere ein wenig zu renovieren bzw. auszubessern. Die Renovierung des Terrassendachs halte ich für dringend notwendig, da man sich doch viel auf dieser aufhält.
