The room was beautiful and clean. My favorite part was definitely the huge bathtub!! Plus the location was really good for the price!

Unique and exceptional experience!

As a bit of background, this is a condo in a hotel. Plenty of space in the oversized room. The included pool side cabana (bathroom, tv room, and outdoor poolside lounging area) across the hall is a special perk! As a private condo, no hotel service like daily cleaning or towel replacements, but all the rest of the hotel amenities at your disposal. Lots of discounts in the area related to your stay. Our favorite was a beach cabana for half price lounging in the warm sun. Would definitely stay again!

Property was clean and met our needs! Loved the kitchenette for the mornings and the cabana and access to the pool were excellent!

Our stay at 833!

We checked in great but when we got to our room we were disappointed with a few things…sofa had no support-cushions were so uncomfortable-we didn’t try the pullout..also no hooks in cabana for towels,suits, and the ice maker did not work and we called the owner and were told they had already had it checked out and it couldn’t be fixed.

For starters, this property is one unit vrbo in the entore hotel and took over 40 minutes to get chexkes in bc no one knew if it had even been cleanes--and this was at 11 pm. Nezt, lets go to the room....how about an entore bathroom door hanging by the hinges, no working lightbulbs, and geneeral disrepair. Would we EVER sray here again...no way. Sis I want to leabe after the dorar night...absolutely. Buyer Beware!

Stayed spring break 2025. Location right across from the beach is ideal. PM is quick to respond & helpful. Appliances, dishes, & TV are newer & nice, and it's a spacious room. Condo is decent but at the same time it could use some TLC on things you can't see in the photos. Giving a bit of slack considering the area just survived two hurricanes in one season, but the room has a bit of a musty odor. The beds & pillows are just ok, drapes look rough, doors need repainted and/or replaced, deck needs power washed. Good blow dryer. Shower has a nice product dispenser, but it's not refilled, & some small bottle generic toiletries are provided. Shower head is ok. These are just the facts & things I would consider if we owned it. It's an okay spot if you're not picky about this stuff. We would maybe stay again, but it would not be our first choice.

Do NOT Stay Here!

This property is the only vrbo unit in the Hyatt. The Hyatt is a great location with wonderful facilities. We enjoyed the pool and sunsets from the rooftop. Those were the positives. When we arrived in the room and cabana room, both rooms had a STRONG odor of mustiness and mold. I’ve attached photos of the air returns and other damages. We had headaches, burning eyes, and itchy throats our entire stay. There was mold in the bathroom , crusted food remnants in sink, electrical outlets hanging out of the wall, A/C vents not working in half the unit resulting in hot unvented bathroom, bathroom door busted & unusable, peeling paint, and overall dinginess. We tried to find another place but every hotel was booked solid- it being the week before the 4th of July. We couldn’t change our flight so we were stuck. We reached out to management the day of arrival with photos and concerns. The first day we were told by Diane there was “nothing that could be done”. We reached out on subsequent days- our frustrations mounting- and finally were told they would send maintenance workers out to begin work on the unit. We did not want to babysit maintenance and didn’t feel comfortable leaving our belongings so we declined maintenance. We asked for a half price credit. The room was over 3k for the week and we didn’t feel that was fair given the repair issues. Another representative offered a 500 credit(one night)but we didn’t feel that was fair. These issues effected every day of our vacation.
Electrical outlets- there were several- unsafe and not usable. We had to charge phones across the room.
Patio needs a power wash. Chairs were dry rotted and had cigarette burns. View overlooks a huge parking garage where the police patrol every night and we witnessed arrests right beside our balcony!!
One of the A/C returns. Both were covered in heavy grime and what appeared to be mold
Bathroom door wouldn’t close and was busted in several spots and handle was missing!
