Had a great experience! My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights and knew we’d be spending a lot of time visiting friends or at the beach and so we wanted somewhere with easy beach access, parking, and space to sleep and get ready and this was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

TXTs didn't work

The text messages with check-in links did not work on my cell phone---which would have been monumentally inconvenient if I had not thought ahead and downloaded the check -in details off my laptop and onto an analog piece of paper prior to my leaving for the hotel. The very un-digital room, pool, beach location and friendly staff were all excellent, however.

The room that we were in was located under the stairwell so the entrance was always dark. I had to use my phone flashlight to unlock the door. The fire detector is heat sensitive instead of smoke as it went off after a how shower.

Loved it

We enjoyed our stay. Our studio room was clean and and cute. My daughter LOVED the pool it was a nice area to relax after a long day at the beach. Will definitely stay again :)

Quick trip to St. Pete/Clearwater area

Check in was easy, clean small unit. Quiet. Floor was dirty though. We only stayed one night and was good for what we needed.

Was great sitting by the pool. It was clean and quite. Great location near the beach and not far from all the restaurants over the draw bridge. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay at this recently renovated boutique motel. It was right across the street from Treasure Island Beach access! Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach on Gulf of Mexico! Thanks for a smooth stay.

Great time!

This stay was very enjoyable! We were in a perfect location to walk everywhere we wanted. The accommodations were very cute and cozy. The floors were not the cleanest and could have been mopped before we came, that truly is the only complaint we had, everything else was fantastic!

I can honestly say out of all our visits to see our Son to vacation, this has been our best stay thus far. I can’t even explain how wonderful this place is was. Clean, accommodating and walking distance to the beach! Convenient store right next door. Ice cream shop across street. Restaurants less than a 20 min walk. We will stay again! Absolutely a wonderful place!!

My favorite place

I have stayed at BBR several times and always enjoy my stay. This time was great too except there was a group of 4 people at the pool one evening that were very loud (you know the type that want to draw attention to themselves so they keep getting louder) and then a couple of them were "making out" in the pool with kids around which was again obnoxious. No complaints on cleanliness or staff friendliness whatsoever. Won't keep me feom coming back AGAIN!!. Love staying here.

Cute & Cozy!!

Katie, our host, was fantastic! Friendly as can be and very helpful. We loved our room. It was on the small side but perfectly appointed. The pool was great too - very clean! My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the A/C unit in the room. I mean thank goodness we had it - don’t get me wrong - but it was a bit loud. I’m sure this is normal and seemed noisier because the room is on the smaller side. Not a huge deal and I’d rather have it than not for sure. We look forward to returning!

Review of stay

The only thing was the water pressure of the bathroom sink was very low. Hot water pressure kept going on an off while showering. Easy fixes. I will definitely come back. Thank you for offering this service. Military discount would be a plus .
