Coconut Beach House offered by Beach Time Rentals

A perfect rental home for you and your family with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Upon entering this lovely home, you will find the comfortable living room and dining area.

This rental home is beautifully decorated with a large open gourmet kitchen and adjoining breakfast area. It is very spacious and has an ideal split floor plan and is beautifully decorated throughout. Lush landscaping surrounds our tropical Coconut Beach House. This beautiful 1800 sq ft rental home is located within walking distance to the sand.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Executive pool home will sleep 12 guests comfortably. Our Coconut Beach House features the Primary bedroom with a King bed, the second bedroom with a Queen bed, the third bedroom 2 queen beds, the 4th bedroom has Bunk beds, and the living room has a sofa bed. We offer linens, WiFi, bbq grill, a full kitchen, laundry room, private swimming pool and all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation!

Our Coconut Beach House is a unique rental home in North Clearwater Beach. In addition to the ideal location, enjoy a lovely private pool. The backyard offers a bbq grill for your cooking pleasure and a private swimming pool. This beach house is ideal for a family vacation, reunions, corporate groups, short and long term renters or just a relaxing getaway.

Clearwater Beach is one of the top destinations in the country. Many family-friendly activities, great restaurants, amazing views, unlimited shopping and much more. Come and enjoy what Clearwater Beach and our Coconut Beach House have to offer.

Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Nov to April.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Great time at coconut beach house

Just blocks from the beach, it’s a fantastic location. The pool is nice enough. The house could use some updates but since the cost was less this can be overlooked

Coconut Beach House was a great property had clean linens, clean sheets, towels, all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. The property was well-maintained. Convenient location I would recommend it.

Very disappointed, house is in need of maintenance

An hour before we were to check into the house I recieved a call that the laundry room flooded and they cancelled our stay. They said they just rented out the other property and nothing they could do. We were already on Clearwater beach at the aquarium waiting for check in. Luckily we were able to obtain a double room suit at a hotel on the island. It had only rained for an hour while we were at the Aquarium, they said the roof leaked and flooded the laundry during that hour rain. If that is indeed the case it sounds like they need to do maintenance and inspect before renting it out. Very disappointing and could have completely ruined the vacation.

Ok, but lots of holes in walls at outlets and switches that let in roaches - killed two monstrous beasts. Backyard not really child friendly, and definitely not as nice as the photos make it look. No laundry detergent so we didn’t wash any towels.

Winter getaway from MN snow

We had a wonderful time with our family of 7 included twin 3 year olds and a 10 yr old! The ocean is close within walking distance- which we did daily -even with the high winds we had on the first couple days. The pool was the best part for the twins and they would have been happy to stay there everyday if not for the playground at Pier 60! With had a small problem with the power but Mona was great and we had the problem fixed quickly. Would love to come back to this place again!!

Excellent Location!

We met two adult dolphins and their baby in the bay a few blocks east of our “home” and the sunsets to the west ion the gulf side, just a few blocks west of our “home” were a nightly joy!

Pictures are deceiving

The reason we booked was for the pool and the washer and dryer as we were coming off a hotel stay in Disney. The washer sounded like gunshots and the dryer put black streaks on all of our clothes. Furthermore, the chemicals in the pool were so strong that the smell made it impossible to use.

Pool area not quite what picture showed

Had to reach property manager for second payment and also for check- in instructions. A/C worked great. Second shower didn't work but manager responded and same day it was fixed. Had to keep plunging one toilet so there is a line issue. Pool area not clean. Roaches (many) came out at night around pool so no one stayed outside after dark. Broken concrete so not great area. But house was spacious and close to ocean.

Very nice place, well maintained. water heater not on at arrival intermittent WIFI-off and on for laptops and TV evidently, pool person came to vacuum when we we out, did not fill pool and water level too low and intake spouts gurgling.

Family Trip

This is not your regular VRBO experience. It should be listed that you follow the rental companies procedure and not communicating through VRBO. Second payment is through rental agency. Bathroom faucet for shower was poorly functioning and second bathroom is between two bedrooms no hallway access. Proximity to beach was great and pool once heated was great. Not many amenities in kitchen for cooking or packing food for beach.

Fantastic location for young families!

We found this property to be just as advertised. Our group of 6 adults & 3 littles were well accommodated here. Bedrooms were plenty spacious and great flow of living spaces. Pool was daily highlight and beach so close by (with wagon to tote littles worked out perfectly). Hope to return next year.

Fun beach house

Great 4 BR house with its own pool and <5min walk to a very up crowded section of Clearwater Beach. Everything inside the house was comfortable and it was near everything we wanted to do. An Uber to the main strip in Clearwater Beach took about 5 minutes. The house came with beach chairs and shovels, buckets, body boards and floats for the beach.

Wonderful nice house with all the amenities!

Nice clean property. Enjoyed the beach only 2 blocks away! Only 1 mike to entertainment and shopping! Awesome property manager, Mona was fabulous!
