"Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. "

"An immaculate apartment with everything you could need. It’s located in Newquay. It has the most amazing views across Tolcarne beach. It’s almost hypnotic watching the surfers. It has spoiled me for other places."

"Superb modern property in a sensational setting. Unbelievable views with great access to the sea and Pentire Headland. Long walks on the beach and into Newquay across the Headland.
