Luxury villa with stunning sea view!

This unique and completely renovated villa is located on the 24/7 secured Coral Estate park on Curaçao. The luxury villa has been completely renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences.

It is completely free & private on a corner of the park with its own driveway and offers 180° spectacular sea view from the very spacious pool deck with swimming pool and terrace.

The interior is in beach style; hip & modern. The pool deck is completely private without being overlooked.

The spacious villa has a modern living room with sofa, chair and spacious kitchen with bar and bar chairs. There is a Samsung TV with internet. The villa of course has wifi.

The lovely living room with modern kitchen is equipped with a transparent roller shutter of 7 meters wide, which can be opened completely. This connects the living room with the spacious terrace with shade. On the terrace there is a large dining table for ten people. So you have the idea that you are living outside!

The luxury residential villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs on the same level as the living room and kitchen. Bedroom 1 and 2 share a spacious bathroom. Bedroom 3 has its own bathroom.

In the basement (two steps down) there are two more very spacious bedrooms with a very spacious bathroom in the middle to share. These bedrooms (no. 4 and 5) are separately accessible with their own key.

As mentioned above, the villa has a very spacious shaded terrace with a large dining table, luxury barbecue and 2 extra sitting areas.

The terrace is connected to the spacious pool deck and the lovely swimming pool, the sun beds and a sitting area by means of a staircase. There are no parasols on the pool deck. The swimming pool is cleaned once a week on Sundays.

The view of the sea from the terrace and the pool deck is absolutely phenomenal here. Here you can sit and enjoy the sea view during the day and in the evening and the setting sun in the evening!

The bedrooms in the basement open if the villa is occupied by 7 people or more. On special request for 6 persons or less, the extra bedrooms can also be used, but there will be extra costs for bed linen, cleaning and electricity.

There are more than enough towels available. No special beach towels.

The Coral Estate park has three restaurants, a public swimming pool, a beach with sunbeds and a diving school. Car hire is recommended, as a supermarket is not within walking distance.

Our price is based on a stay with 2 persons. Additional persons pay an additional fee for water, electricity, cleaning, bed linen and towels. The owner's fee is the final cleaning of the villa. You are requested to leave the villa broom clean and the barbecue also clean. If something is broken, you can report this to our local host before departure.

Air conditioning use is limited to the evening/night. If you wish to use it during the day, there will be an additional charge. This will be billed on a post-calculation basis.

Amazing Property

We stayed at this property for 8 days and absolutely loved it. Very clean and the view was amazing. Highly recommend this place. Close to beaches, Sea turtles cliff jumping.

Lovely home, great pool

This is a lovely well-laid out home with a functional floor plan, amazing view of the Caribbean and fantastic pool. The sunsets are magical. There were some challenges for our visit - confusingly there are no fans in the house or common areas, the kitchen sink and showers drain slowly, the oven doesn’t work on the highest temperature. The a/c units in the bedrooms worked intermittently- we had to contact the emergency phone number several times late at night for them to turn them on remotely. We were two moms with four teenagers and grocery shopped for the week on the first day. The “smart” refrigerator did not work and most of our food spoiled. The owners replaced the refrigerator the next day but it took several rounds of back and forth for the owner to agree to credit us for the spoiled food, which took time and added frustration to our vacation, not to mention extra expense in restaurants and more trips to replace the rotten food. The emergency maintenance was responsive, the hostess less so. Overall, the home is lovely and well situated. However, there are several annoying quirks which detracted from our vacation.

Superb Villa

This villa is immaculate and a true paradise. The hosts were excellent (very responsive before and during the trip), and the grounds were exactly as advertised in the pictures. The pool is the crown jewel of this property, and the majority of our vacation was spent relaxing in or around the water (the view from the pool area is unmatched!). The sea breeze you will feel throughout your vacation will be your best friend in combatting the heat. The ACs were great for sleeping and offered a restful night’s sleep. Clean kitchen full of cooking amenities. Location on the island is perfect, close to town and to fantastic beaches on the west side of the island. We will be back next year.

Lovely villa, just not the right fit for our family

The villa is very modern, super clean & the kitchen is well stocked with tools & some cleaning supplies. The property management company is prompt & professional. The pool cleaning guy was great. The view of the Sea is beautiful. The villa is on a dead end, so you don’t have anyone on one side of you and there is heavy brush on the other side, which makes it feel very private. The listing has some incorrect and incomplete information. Bedrooms: Says 5 bedrooms, but we only had access to 3. It also says there are 2 king beds in each bedroom, but there are only 1. They do have a completely separate basement that has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, but it's not part of this rental. People staying there won't be able to access the main house (kitchen, living room, etc.) once the people in the main house close up for the night. They're not connected. The listing says "air conditioning," but does not specify it is ONLY in the 3 bedrooms. There are no fans in any of the other rooms and there wasn't a strong enough breeze during our week to make it bearable. The bathrooms were saunas. The listing does not mention that the air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms can only be used when sleeping at night. Any other use beyond that they will charge you for - which we only found out after booking and through questions we asked the property owners via email. This should be in the listing. Iguana deterrents are desperately needed. They bothered us and pooped in & around the pool every day.

Un petit coin de paradis

L'environnement est paisible et propre. Les lits sont confortables et la cuisine bien équipée. La localisation est parfaite. Plusieurs plages aussi belles les unes que les autres et présence de supermarchés (Centrum et New California) offrant une belle diversité de produits. Les restaurants présents sur le site méritent aussi une visite !

Little Piece of Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Curacao and our time at Villa St. Marie. The house looked just like the pictures online and we had stunning views of the ocean and nightly sunsets. Being on the gated property of Coral Estate was very nice due to the fact that we had access to a small beach and a few restaurants very close. The overall location was about 30 minutes from the airport and Willemstad and the northern shore of the island. That being said, there are things that we discovered at the house that would have been nice to know prior to booking. The air conditioning units are only in the bedrooms, none in the shared spaces. This made the house quite warm when there wasn't much of a breeze. In addition, there are no screens on any of the windows and doors, so to get a breeze in, you are opening the home to bugs and critters. That being said, we saw very few bugs, but geckos, iguanas and birds were abundant. It was very nice to have the pool to cool off in since the weather was so hot while we were there. The pool, however, is about 6' deep, so not very accommodating for young people or short people. If you stay here with young children, you will need to have life jackets or some other sort of floatation device. In addition, the washer and dryer are in Dutch and you will need to provide all household items for your stay as minimal was provided by the owner. None of these are deal breakers, but helpful to know in advance. Overall, we were pleased with the home.

Paradise

This property overdelivers on every account. The location is convenient to many local beaches ideal for snorkeling, diving and soaking up the sun. The pool and gorgeous sea views are beyond words. And, the nearby resort has a well equipped dive shop and great restaurants and bars. However, the local hosts Manu and Frank are this property's best asset. These two went above and beyond to make us feel like a part of the community. They will hold a special place in our hearts.

Our second time here

This was our second time this year to the villa. We enjoy the property so much we are going to stay there again next year. The views, the pool, the patio are wonderful. It has a very nice propane grill on the patio so we cooked outside for our meals. The master bedroom has full ocean view so it is delightful. The house manager Manu is great gave us her cell number to call anytime if we needed anything.

Great villa with an amazing view!

We booked this villa for our three-week honeymoon, and we couldn't be happier with what we got! The villa is gorgeous, everything in it was superb, and it was well-equipped. We loved the spacious kitchen and bathrooms in particular, and everything was very well thought out. Bonus points for a washer and a dryer, as well as the massive gas BBQ on the terrace! The villa is located quite high on the Estate, but due to the unobstructed view of the ocean, you feel like you're *very* close to it. You have no neighbors on the right (a view of a green hill and ocean), so the privacy is really good. Very friendly hosts and a property manager who helped with everything before and during our stay. Absolutely recommend this villa and hope to be back!

Spectacular views

The villa is gorgeous and the view of the ocean is stunning. Our local host, Brigitte, was accommodating and helpful with beaches we could visit. We would love to visit again !!
