This amazing villa with comfortable dimensions, ( 400 square meters,4300 square feet ) is located on Coral Estate and offers everything a traveller can wish for.

Simply relax and admire the 180° views of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, the beautiful sunsets and breezes from the pool deck, relaxing in the large pool or from the shade on the porch.

The villa has 3 levels.
On the ground floor you will find the general areas: living room, kitchen, patio, pool, sundeck, the master bedroom ( 4.80 x 5.80 meters ) with en-suite bathroom ( 2.80 x 3.80 meters) a separate children's bedroom, only accessible via the master bedroom, and a second bedroom( 3.80 x 3.80 meters ) with a king bed and own bathroom.

The villa is therefore not only ideal for large families or groups but also for 1-6 people !

On the second level there are 2 generously-sized bedrooms:
- 10 x 4.80 meters, with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet. It has a separate alcove with a single bed which makes the room suitable for 3 persons
- 3.75 x 4.80 meters, with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet. It has a separate alcove with a single bed which makes the room suitable for 3 persons

(The third level has a big bedroom ( 8 x 2,50 meter) , with a king bed and an en--suite bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet , suitable for 2 people. )

Bed linen, (beach) towels are included.
Our property management can help you set up car rentals, extra housekeeping, grocery shopping, private chef and much more.

The luxurious villa is modernly furnished and features high end finishes.
This tastefully decorated villa has a spacious living room ( 5.8 x 7.8 meters) that is furnished with a comfortable sitting area with 3 separate leather sofas and seats for 12, Free Wifi everywhere, flatscreen TV with internet access (Netflix). The sliding doors allow you to merge the indoor and outdoor life together.

The fully-equipped brand-new modern kitchen ( 4.8 x 3.5 meters) is equipped with European electric appliances, large fridge with Ice maker and cold water and a nespresso coffee machine, is perfectly fit for a home cooked meal which can be enjoyed on the large terrace with outside dining area for 12 people.

The terrace of 125 m2 (1200 square feet) with sufficient lounge seats is perfect to relax or barbeque. The pool of 7.5 x 5 meters has clear blue chlorinated poolwater. The tropical garden has a diversity of plants and flowers trees and several spots to relax under the trees or the palapa.

Our villa is renovated and refurbished in 2019 completely and is located in Coral Estate Resort , a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou, one of the most prestigious resorts in Curacao with 5 star amenities all within walking distance from the Villa.
The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkeling.

On Coral Estate Centre, at 4 min walking distance , you have the option to go to the beach, the spa, the bakery, restaurant ‘Karaker’, roof top bar ‘Bar Koraal’ and the dive shop.

Karakter Beach Club provides beach lounge chairs, umbrellas, palapas & full service directly to your beach lounge chair! Use of the beach is free but expect guest consumption from the bar or restaurant. Pool usage in resort is naf 20 per person or free with naf 50 consumption. Recently opened Sandwich and Coffee shop will serve you warm bread, desserts and Coffee.

Restaurant Karakter is simply excellent. You can pre order take away , half board or occasional catering only to bring it to the villa.

Coral Estate Resort , Rif St Marie is located at Banda Abou near St Willibrordus in the West end of Curacao. There is a reception desk at the entrance and 24/7 security. The villas are built on a hill side and the road takes you down to the beach with lots of shade, a wonderful restaurant and dive shop. In the direct surroundings you find a beautiful nature area with the National St Christoffel Park, salt planes and the flamingo breeding area. Nearest large grocery store 15 car minutes, the airport 20 car minutes, Willemstad 20 minutes.

Playa Porto Mari is located on the west coast of Curacao, 11 minnutes by car. Its white coral sand beach, with clear and calm water is a true paradise for water lovers and the unique “double” reef is easily accessible from the shore providing a fascinating snorkel and dive site

Playa Cas Abou (aka Bon Bini Beach) , 11 minutes by car , was recently listed as one of the “10 Best Beach Destinations' in a Yahoo! travel article. Popular with both locals and tourists, on the weekends Cas Abou is one of the most crowded beaches. But the reason is simple: it’s beautiful!



The Island of Curacao has been voted the #1 Destination in the Caribbean by Readers Choices and #1 & #2 every year for scuba diving and snorkeling in the Caribbean. Visibility is well over 100 feet.

Villa Trupial

We loved the residence! It was a great central place on Curacao to go to many great beaches and also into the city. We were about 30 minutes to Westpunt and 30 minutes to Willamsted. It gave us a great home base to explore the beautiful island.We did a lot of exploring on the island to different beaches. But we also found getting food and groceries were easy. We did go to the main Centrum Grocery a few times, the local New California store close by was also very good on what we needed and the prices were comparable. That made it easy to restock on things through the week.We had 6 guests there and we all had plenty of room to spread out, the pool was a great area to hang out in. There were great views to enjoy from all the rooms and levels. In the early afternoons and evenings the lower 'Tiki' hut was great for us to relax in as well. It was a great atmosphere for the family.We really enjoyed the home for 11 nights and would highly recommend it to anyone looking!

Undeniable Paradise

This was our second trip to the island of Curacao. 900 Villa Troupial did not disappoint! We had initially planned this trip for the spring of 2021 and again in 2022. Neither trip happened due to the pandemic. Over several years of planning and interchanging people, we finally made it to this lovely home. The home is exactly as pictured… Perfect! The view of the Caribbean Sea from the foyer immediately welcomes you. This home is the perfect place to reconnect with family (we had 10). When we weren’t enjoying the beautiful beaches of Curaçao, we spent the majority of our time sitting by the pool, listening to music, laughing, talking, and reconnecting. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed for meals to be easily prepared. Each bedroom was comfortably set up. The home has been well cared for and was clean and tidy. The grounds too have been well cared for. This home is the perfectly located as it sits practically mid-island on the southwestern shore. The sunsets from the veranda are worth the price of admission. We recommend this property to anyone with a desire to vacation comfortably and to reconnect with nature. Els was a lovely host and very easy to work with over the course of our 3 planned trips. If we return to this island and I hope that we do, we will definitely be staying at this home!

Wonderful Place with Amazing Views

From the get go, the communications with the property manager were responsive and smooth. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen (from spices to kitchen tools we were covered) and the grill was perfect for outdoor cooks. Big spacious rooms allowed for our group to all have their own space. In the evening with the sliding doors and front doors open it provided a refreshing breeze. As mentioned its a bit of a steep slope down to the driveway so be careful if the car is loaded up, we had a small SUV and no clearance issues.

Perfect for our group of 6

Location was great! Kitchen was extremely well-stocked with pans allowing for casseroles, cookies, cakes, grilling, etc. Pool was wonderful. All furniture was comfortable. Plenty of towels. One room that is only accessible from the outside was not a problem for us. There were some bugs, but we were able to control the numbers with citronella and mosquito coils. We were not deterred by them, and ate outside for every meal, and played games in the evening outside. Curaçao can be hot in the late afternoon, but the owner provides ceiling fans and even a standing fan which along with the awesome breeze that whooshes through the house mitigates that issue. AC in bedrooms makes for comfortable asleep.The steep downturn of the driveway entrance was not a problem for our Ford Explorer and we elected to keep the lower-clearance van parked on the side of the road that goes by the house. As a family of adults we snorkeled and dived twice every day at various beautiful beaches, and enjoyed a picnic lunch together on the beach in between. What a dream!.

The perfect vacation property

9 adults stayed at Villa Trupial the first week of July and our stay was fantastic. Hilde, the property manager, was responsive to any questions-- in fact she almost IMMEDIATELY responded to each question. The home is exactly as listed and the book they have put together for the home is wonderful. The villa is clean, comfortable and inviting. The location is excellent with grocery stores only 20 minutes away, and sandy beaches minutes from your door. The view and sunsets are unsurpassed! I would highly recommend Villa Trupial!!

Golf Trip to Curacao

Wonderful Views and Gorgeous Home!

This is a beautiful home with amazing views of the Caribbean Sea. It is wonderfully furnished, well-maintained and has everything you need. It is in a quiet, secure neighborhood in a gated community. We highly recommend it. Our group enjoyed the outdoor spaces and evening sunsets by the pool. Hilda was very responsive to our requests. Excellent stay!

Amazing Sunsets and Wonderful Home!

Villa Trupial is a lovely home for vacations and adventures of all sorts. The patio/dining/pool area is absolutely awesome, and our families found ourselves spending almost all our time enjoying this area together. (It was hard to convince kids and adults alike to leave the big pool and do other things.) The separate rooms, sections, and garden turned out to be perfect when people wanted to get away for quiet time, privacy, reading, or a vacation nap. The gardens are filled with birds, lizards, and lovely plants and cacti of all sorts. After exploring Curacao during the day, we enjoyed the early evenings together on the front patio watching the hummingbirds amongst the flowers and palms. The location is minutes away from wonderful swimming and snorkeling at several beaches, and Coral Estates was quiet and relaxing. Major grocery stores and other items were 20-30 minutes into the city, but the mini markets and local stops were helpful coming back from the northern side of Curacao. We arrived very late due to weather-delayed flights, but Hilde is an awesome property host and communication was prompt, friendly, and excellent via WhatsApp. Highly recommend Villa Trupial for your Curacao adventures! Thank you!

Amazing house, beautiful grounds, and a perfect location

Our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) loved staying at Villa Trupial. The house was plenty big for both families to spread out. We particularly enjoyed spending time around the pool and the many seating areas outside. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos, if not even more spacious. Coral Estates is a great neighborhood and centrally located on the island. The temps in Curacao were quite warm, but we were very comfortable throughout our stay. During the days, we left the windows open to get a cross-breeze throughout the house, and there was consistent wind outside. At night, the air conditioners in each bedroom were more than sufficient to keep us cool. Hilde was a wonderful property manager/host before, during, and after our stay. The check-in process was very smooth, and Hilde helped us arrange an online grocery delivery that arrived around the same time we did. Suggestion for future guests: check with Hilde or the owners about what supplies may be in stock. There was coffee, lots of spices and cooking staples, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coolers and ice packs, etc. in the house when we arrived. We restocked paper towels and toilet paper, and we had to pick up some shampoo and body wash at a store (as there was none in any of the bathrooms). As the information booklet made clear (ahead of our trip), this is a house--not a hotel--so these supplies will vary! There were plenty of grocery stores within a 15-20 minute drive, so it was no issue for us.

We had a great trip, and this property is fantastic!

From the outset, communication was exemplary - whether it was pre-booking, before arrival, or during our stay. Quick, detailed, and informative responses via email and WhatsApp alleviated any concerns we might have had. Ensure you have a rental vehicle with adequate clearance for the steep driveway, although we had no issues parking our two SUVs. The property itself left us in awe. The views were simply breathtaking, and the expansive indoor and outdoor spaces provided ample room for our two families ensuring everyone had their own space when needed. The amenities, furniture, and appliances were all top-notch. One thing to note from the property description is that there's no interior staircase connecting the different floors, so you'll need to venture outside to access the lower-level bedrooms. A word of caution: the toaster works incredibly fast and gets quite hot, so keep an eye on your toast! We spent most of our time enjoying the refreshing pool and dining al fresco at the spacious outdoor table. The gentle breeze kept the main floor comfortable. AC units in the bedrooms ensured a restful night's sleep. Coral Estates itself is a picturesque area with friendly locals. It's about a 10-minute walk to reach the beach, which is lovely. The water is crystal clear, perfect for snorkeling. We also sampled the restaurants at Coral Estates-Pizza and More exceeded our expectations, Bread and More, where I enjoyed a morning ritual of picking croissants and a coffee. Highly Recommend

Wonderful view from a clean, modern, well designed property. Communication was excellent and we had no issues during our stay. Coral Estates was very quiet and is a great jumping off point to explore the beaches and parks of Curacao.

Amazing View

The house was perfect for our stay. The view was spectacular, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The resort and restaurants were about a 10 minute walk, but be prepared to walk up/down a hill and stairs. The property mgr was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Winter Getaway

We loved this beautiful villa! The view is just breathtaking! Always a nice breeze when sitting outside. Beds were very comfortable. House was so comfortable--very easy to relax anywhere in the house. Our favorite place to hang out was the back patio--we never ate a meal inside or spent much time there other than to sleep and prepare food. While we loved this place, the reason for the 4-star rating is two-fold: 1) you cannot get from one level of the house to the next without walking outside. There are steps outside to each level, but some of the steps are not concrete, and might be difficult to navigate for someone with mobility issues. 2) the driveway is VERY steep coming off the curb--we could not find a high enough vehicle to clear it, so we parked across the street in a cleared area. There is a gate which keeps the driveway private (which is a positive trait), but there is a small latch for the gate that sticks up out of the drive for the gate to be secured to--we needed to be mindful it was there, as if someone tripped on it, it would have been tragic. This is only an issue if you can't get your vehicle down the drive. These are not reasons to avoid this house, just small details to be aware of--it truly is beautiful, and we loved every minute of our time there!

Family Birthday Celebration

We had an amazing five nights at Villa Trupial. There to celebrate an 80th birthday, we were a group of four siblings and our father. It's a truly beautiful villa in an idyllic location, with spectacular views over the Caribbean Sea. The villa is very easy to get to from Willemstad or the airport, close to some of the best beaches on the northwest coast of Curacao, and is located in a closed community that also offers restaurants, diving, swimming and shops. The villa was situated on the hill above these areas providing quiet and privacy. Each of the group had their own room with ensuite, the common areas are spacious and comfortable and the terrace and pool area with seating and lounging areas is where you spend most of your time eating, swimming, sunning and enjoying the views. It was exactly what we hoped for and just as described. A perk which is often missing in these types of rentals was the coffee, tea, sugar etc., but also a full spice cabinet with everything you need. Really great. There is a Carrefour on the island but the Centrum grocery shop is much much better. Communication with the owners and the property managers was really easy with quick response to all questions through booking to arrival, which made for a smooth, enjoyable stay. Highly recommend Villa Trupial.

Birthday to Remember

We had two couples stay to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was everyone’s first time to Curacao. The house was perfect. We all had our own space and then plenty of space to spend time together too. The pool was great. AC in each bedroom worked fantastic for sleeping. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. We are already planning our return trip and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing getaway!

Beautiful home with amazing views of the Caribbean Sea. Home is nicely furnished and well maintained. The pool and covered patio are a great place to hangout and watch the sunset. Very quiet neighborhood in a gated community. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Spectacular ocean view villa - beyond expectations

Our family of 6 stayed at Villa Trupial for 3 weeks. Open the front door and we were greeted by the spectacular view of the immense pool and 180 degree view of the ocean beyond.- Situated in Coral Estates, a quiet, safe and secure gated community, with 2 restaurants and a 5 minute drive to a nearby beach, our favourite, Playa DaaiBooa.- A large, spacious villa, with room and privacy. All 5 bedrooms have attached bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have a separate little room attached to it for a child. The master bedroom is also equipped with a separate attached room with a bunk bed, very convenient for our toddler. Note that 3 of the other bedrooms are not accessed to the main part of the house. They are entered by the side of the house, on a lower floor, and you will have to exit by the front door. - The kitchen is well equipped, with ample cutlery, dishware, cookware. The property is large, 2 sitting areas directly outside the open living room, plus an area with 8 loungers around the large, deep pool, over 5 feet with no shallow end. - Very detailed instructions supplied beforehand regarding the villa and the area made the first few days of our visit very easy as we basically had most questions answered, and also had it as a reference. - The villa is run by a top notch management team. Any small issues we encountered were quickly addressed, usually within a few minutes and solved rather immediately. Fantastic Villa Trupial, we would not hesitate to return.

Beautiful property and lovely view

A friend and I stayed for 10 days. The property was clean and the check in process was easy. The property is huge and we only occupied the level with the kitchen. The kitchen had everything that one could need. There was adequate space for parking. The view was absolutely beautiful. There was an island wide power outage and pipe that burst, but it both were resolved expeditiously. Hilde was always available to answer any questions that we had. We had a lovely time.

Great house for families

We love this house - this is our second time staying here. It is clean and comfortable! The layout of the kitchen, living room and pool area is fantastic!
