Spacious, cozy home in Saint Louis

Relax at this peaceful and spacious home with your family. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom split-level home. Newly and beatifully decorated. Located very close to majority of convenience stores. 5 minutes from south county mall, 2 minutes to Dierbergs, 7 minutes to Aldi, 5 minutes to casino, etc. Also, this house is in a quiet and secure neighborhood. This house includes a spacious backyard + patio, along with a spaciou basement.

THE SPACE:
The home was recently re-done, redecorated, and finished, so everything is very clean/deep-cleaned. The garage is spacious and clean, able to fit up to two cars. Spacious backyard that includes a patio (furniture included!). You can also find a fire pit in the backyard as well, perfect for s'mores! The basement is very spacioud along with the garage. In the basement you can find a dryer and washer along with a sink. There is plenty of storage around the house as well. 3 bedrooms that all include queen beds and each their own closet, one closet having a dresser included. A dresser + mirror can also be found in another room (not in the closet). Each room is equipped with a nightstand + lamps. Beds come with bed sheets and pillows. Both bathrooms are stocked with hygiene and personal care products, including towels. Kitchen is already equipped, along with a 6 person dining table included. Living room includes a coffee table and free Wi-fi.

Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary essentials like cookware dishes/glasses, coffee/coffee maker, cooking spices, etc.

Home is disinfected and deep cleaned before and after the arrivals of guests.

Queen beds can be found in each bedroom with bedding + pillows and spacious closet space.

Upstairs bathroom is a shower/tub combo that includes hygiene essentials. Along with the bathroom found in the basement. It is just a shower unlike the first bathroom.

On-site secure parking of four cars, which includes that spacious and empty garage.

Two smart TVs (upstairs and basement) with free wifi included.

Towels and hairdryer can be found in the bathroom closet.

Washer and dryer are found in the basement along with detergent.

The house was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed for a lovely girls' weekend. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as toiletries in the bathrooms. The house was lovely, and easy to access. Quiet neighborhood, but close to the city. Too bad it was so cold this weekend. The deck looked lovely with the furniture, but just too cold to use. The host was responsive and helpful. Would recommend to others.

This was a great place. Well equipped. Good neighborhood and location is convenient to highways and attractions. The outside deck area was fantastic and because it was so warm in December, we got to use it for Christmas. They also put up a Christmas tree for the season, which was a nice touch for those who travel for the holidays. My whole family liked the house. I would stay here again.

Beautiful decorate home with every amenity you need!! Lots of towels, bed comfortable, bathrooms and showers nice!!! Even though we didn’t cook while there, the kitchen was well stocked !! Added bonus was being able to park in garage and not getting in a hot car parked outside!!The host got right back with you if you had questions!! Definitely stay again!!!

Awesome Home

This is a well decorated and comfortable home. It includes top of the line furniture and accessories. The back deck is not included in the description, but it is spacious. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, but it was well worth it. The owner was responsive and helpful. En Joy!

Wonderful stay

The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. It has clearly benefit from recent renovations, and has been lovingly taken care of. The host even had the forethought to have a large pack & play plus children's tableware and toys available. The pillows were also perfect.
