Minutes from Main Street - Updated House w/ 4 Patios, Private Parking & Trolley

Located in the heart of Frenchtown, is this beautifully updated home that sleeps 8. This is a must see!!! From the custom benches built to accommodate 8 or the 4 stamped concrete patio slabs for entertaining or the bar & game room, no detail has been missed.

As you enter the home you walk into an open floor plan with an updated full kitchen (with stainless fridge, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher & all the basic amenities plus more) a gorgeous dining area & living room (with Smart TV, SNES Classic, Sofa, Loveseat, Trunk with Blankets & DVD Player). The Master is Cozy & Private (with King Bed, Smart TV, Nightstands, Dresser, Amazon Echo, Closet & hangers, Iron & Board). The 2nd bedroom can sleep 4, as it houses Full / Double Bunk beds (with Closet & Hangers and 6 drawer dresser). Centrally located main floor full bathroom. The sunroom is our favorite sanctuary as it can be transformed to an extra Master / 3rd Bedroom with it's own heating, cooling & humidifier with a beautiful daybed that converts from a twin couch to a King Bed (with table & stools, drawers & cabinets).

The lower level is finished with a stunning wood bar, adorned in our favorite baseball team (GO CARDS!) Anheuser-Busch, Arch and all things Saint Charles & Saint Louis! All will enjoy the full size air hockey machine & Smart TV. There is also a full sofa sleeper.

We saved the Best for last…. The backyard and off street parking are… WOW! Each patio has its own set. We have a table that seats 6-8, a unique outdoor sofa set that seats 8, a bar that seats 4 and a wood burning fire pit with charcoal grill.

Cute house in cute town

Girls weekend for 5 that was delightful due to quaint neighborhood home, lovely shopping and delicious food in St Charles. We were appreciative of the special treatment. On our must visit again list.

Mother/Daughter Weekend

This was perfect for celebrating my daughter and daughter in laws birthdays. Enjoyed the house and sitting outside in the evenings. Fairly short drive to Main St.

Great for families big or small!

My boyfriend and I spent our anniversary here and were so happy with every aspect! They had extra blankets, towels, washrags, dishes, and even had the fixins for coffee available! It also wasnt terribly far from the historic district, which is why we came to the area! Highly recommend this place for families and/or historic district trips!

Very comfortable home

We were very comfortable staying here and it was a good setting for all of us. The only issue was the quality of the mattresses. Nice decorating, good seating, etc.

Overpriced

The home was fine, but I think it is overpriced. 1 bathroom. 1 bedroom not counting the twin bunk room. The frame isn’t too stable for adults. Home was very clean and decorated nicely

Great place to stay and great host!

We had a great time in St Louis and a big piece of that was having a wonderful place to stay. It was as listed and exactly what we were looking for. Jennifer is a great host and we highly recommend!

Great Place for a larger family

We were in town for quizzing tournament at the convention center. The house was located only 10 min away. Also convenient to a Walmart and ALDI. The house may look small from the outside, but is layed out in such a way that it appeared more spacious. The air hockey, board games and streaming services were great entertainment for the kids, and I liked the mini SNES. Playing some of those games were very nostalgic. We would’ve used the outdoor sitting area more, but it was just too hot all week. Also convenient to historic downtown St. Charles. Shopping and Restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying at this location if you’re in the area. We may be booking this house again next year.

Perfect for our girl’s weekend

The house was perfect for our girls weekend away. Lots to see and do nearby without having to drive. We enjoyed walking and riding the free trolley. House was cozy and well stocked. We had everything we needed. The basement was great for playing games when it was too hot to be outside, and the outdoor area was great for morning coffee. The host was great and very responsive to messages. Would absolutely stay again!

Excellent!!

This home away from home was amazing. We came in for a week long dance nationals and family vacation. We were less than a mile from the venue and close to many things for the kids to do. We will definitely book here again!! Thank you for opening your home to me and my family!

Family Vacation

We had a great time. A very clean and cute little home. It was in a great location for shopping and fun things to do in St. Louis. Another plus...the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few home-cooked meals. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to relax and keep kids entertained

We stayed here for 6 nights and the house was great for our 4 daughters. They loved playing in the finished basement with the table hockey game and toys that came with the house. The back patio is a great place to have breakfast and dinner. Many sleeping options if you have multiple people. We could walk to historic st. Charles in about 15 minutes. Owner was a great communicator and was there to answer any of our questions
