The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and a spacious island with seating for four—ideal for meal prep or quick breakfasts. Nearby, the dining area seats eight and features a convertible table that transforms into a pool or ping pong table—great for game nights and casual competition. Relax in the cozy living room with a large L-shaped sofa and wall-mounted smart TV with cable streaming. Fast WiFi, a washer/dryer, and family-friendly extras like a pack-n-play, highchair, and welcome snacks ensure a stress-free stay.

We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. This was a great place for our 3 families with 2 babies to get together. We loved the beds and the air conditioning. Only complaint was that although the house was clean when we arrived it had been vacuumed but the hard floor had not been mopped or they used the wrong cleaner because the babies’ bare feet were very dirty after walking on the floors. Would recommend.

Family get together

It was the perfect size for our family. Each room accommodated us. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with I was impressed. All the appliances were new and easy to use. Close to all our activities we did. Parking could be a little better out back and street. Otherwise we had. Great time and would recommend this place. We will keep this one our list for our next visit to St. Louis. Also, I can’t say enough about the quick responses we got when we had a question! Thank you so much!

Perfect for graduation weekend

The house was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. We had plenty of room for our family. Less than 10-minute drive from SLU campus, and easy to get to the Hill, Tower Grove Park, Soulard and other parts of the city. Beds are on the softer side if that's what you like. Stairs inside and outside might be difficult if mobility challenged. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to others.

St Louis getaway

Our group of 5-6 gets together every year for a 4-day weekend in the fall. We chose St Louis this time and this property was an excellent location from all of our activities. We spent time at Union Station, The Hill, the Zoo, Budweiser brewery tour, the Arch, etc.. and nothing was further than 10-15 min. Beautiful, clean home.

Visiting our son who was in the St. Louis Shakespeare Festival

We had many family and friends visiting St. Louis to see our son and his girlfriend both acting in St. Louis Shakespeare Festival's "The Tempest". The location is up and coming, but this was a big house that could support a big group. Parking could be tricky, but there is parking for one car in the back. Wish there had been room for two cars. The house has a slant, so it was interesting playing pool on the pool table. All the balls rolled to one pocket. It was funny. Overall, nice property.

Gentrification

This was in an area undergoing gentrification. I found it charming though one of my family members expected something different or more. Parking was a problem with three cars involved. Otherwise, it was great with clear cleanliness, comfortable beds, and reasonable location.

Golden Crew Trip

We were initially concerned when we saw the empty homes and businesses in the neighborhood. However, once we entered the home all our anxieties and fears completely disappeared. The rental home was beautiful. The decor was very modern and the entire home was very well maintained. We had a wonderful week at this JZ vacation home.

Beautiful house. Tons of space.

House had lots of space to spread out and relax. Perfect for multiple families to meet and hang out. Everything was clean and in working order. The beds we used were soft and super comfy. The showers were fancy and had great pressure. Parking could be a challenge with multiple vehicles, but not too bad. Would highly recommend.

Convenient and close to downtown

Very nice property. Clean. Comfy beds. Lots of stairs so need to be able to handle stairs. Large fenced backyard. Really close to 4 Hands Brewery and just a 10 minute drive to downtown. The only bummer was the game table that is literally falling apart and needs to be removed/replaced. Great property otherwise. Will definitely rent again for future trips to StL.

We'll book again!

Your home is beautifully decorated and perfectly accommodating for a family get-together. We have only one complaint however. The kitchen is sorely lacking in bakeware (for casseroles and cakes), bowls for cooking and storage (tupperware) for storage. The one baking pan was rusty and we had to use the frying pan as the popcorn "bowl". In addition, for the Roku service, I wanted to add an app that I had a subscription to, and it was requiring a "Roku pin". I called the Customer Service #, and the lady gave me a code that was too long, and then she didn't respond anymore to my texts. That was NOT Customer Service. Finally, I would suggest a grab-bar in each bathtub. ... just a little safety thing for us older folks. All my siblings advised that I rent the same house again for last year! We'll do that.
