Worst Experience Ever
The host was meant to send the check in details to us and had not. When I called him to ask for the he kept sending me to voicemail , this was hours before the check in. I sent him another message on the app to ask for instructions for check in and he messaged me back 13 minutes before we were meant to check in saying he was cancelling the booking due to damage to the property from previous guest. This seemed like a lie as surly if he knew he had guest coming in the afternoon he would have had housekeeping at the property earlier than 13 minutes before to cancel. After he told me it was cancelled he stopped all communication didn’t offer any solutions didn’t ask if we had found a new place to stay. He refused to answer the phone to Vrbo customer service for them to cancel it so it took longer for us to get our refund due to his lack of co operation.Terrible communication, lack of customer care . Would never book with him.
