Summary: Charming, beautiful flat in the heart of Tower Grove East. Why stay somewhere else and fight traffic-just walk! The eclectic restaurants and bars on Grand Ave and Tower Grove Park are just down the street. Our flat is tastefully appointed, and features gorgeous hardwood floors and a full kitchen. There's one bedroom with a super-comfortable queen size bed, and our living room magically transforms into a cozy 2nd bedroom when you open the sofa-sleeper and close the french doors!

If you're here for tourism, then you've chosen the perfect location-it's a quick 10-minute (or less) drive to basically every other tourist destination in St. Louis: Soulard (Anheuser-Busch Brewery, historic district, dining/nightlife), Lafayette Square (historic district), Downtown (the arch/Laclede's landing, Busch Stadium, the Scottrade center, dining/nightlife), the Central West End (Cathedral Basilica, Forest Park, World Chess Hall of Fame, dining/nightlife), the Grove (dining/nightlife), the Hill (historic district, Italian dining), the Loop (historic district, dining/nightlife).

The cozy bedroom overlooks the fenced backyard and features carpeted floors, a comfortable high-end queen bed with high-quality, 100% cotton sheets, a full-length mirror, and ample closet space.

The sun-filled living room overlooks tree-lined Magnolia Avenue, and features beautiful hardwood floors, decorative lighting, bright windows, and a stylish sectional sofa. Larger parties will love that the living room magically transforms into a second bedroom. The sofa elegantly converts into a full-size bed by moving the ottoman over to form a rectangular platform and applying linens (provided on request). Set up the bed, close the french doors, and you have your own private second bedroom - you'll even have your own entrance! The living room is also equipped with a 32" flat screen Roku Smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

The full kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen comes chef-ready, with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, and oil provided free of charge. We also provide our guests with an assortment of complimentary teas, coffee, and purified Brita water.

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $15 per night per pet, and we allow up to 4 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. Just be sure to indicate the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout, and the pet fee will be incorporated into the rate automatically.

☆Rental Policy☆
Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $195, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

Your reservation includes Boarding Pass – an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, you’ll be able to:

Shortly after you book, we’ll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:

Once that’s done, the main screen of the Boarding Pass contains your check-in instructions, which will be accessible 2 hours before the check-in time.
☆Cancellations + Alterations ☆
Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.
If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

A great apartment in a great area, close to Tower Grove park and lots of St. Louis activities! I live in the St. Louis area and had an extended stay here through my house renovations. Highly recommended for both short and longer stays!

Weekend in Tower Grove
My partner and I had a fantastic stay! The unit was very clean and organized. The location is phenomenal for getting around the area and the parking spot is a total plus! The host did a great job communicated with us and helping with anything that came up. Overall we could not have asked for a better stay and would recommend this unit to everyone!

Great Stay
This was a great place, very clean and comfortable. Everything I needed was there. So great to have the washer and dryer in the unit!! Can't say enough about the neighborhood, easy and safe walk to the park.

St Louis getaway
First, the owner was a dream, sent pre-arrival info, neighborhood activities/spots. He quickly responded to emails, graciously helped with vetting Guest Portal when our dinosaur phones weren't cooperating. Reached out to all of his guests to prepare for dangerous/tornado type weather( which indeed did arrive).Second, the apartment was CLEAN, modern, in a quaint neighborhood which is located near Soulard, The Hill, downtown, historic St Louis and Tower Park( a must see).In the future this will be our place to stay, hands down.

Temporary home
We liked the apartment, it was clean and well appointed. The bathroom has little storage and could use some kind of counter space/ shelving to help with makeup etc. Kitchen is small but serviceable. It was a bit chilly, but it's winter and those older buildings are like that. Very nice to have assigned parking, and the neighborhood was nice for walking the dogs. Plenty of great restaurants nearby too.
Could have used a few extra bath linens, but it was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit.
All in all, I would recommend!

Tower Grove - Fantastic Area
The property was clean and well maintained, it was quite spacious and comfortable for the three of us. It is also near Tower Grove park, shops, cafes and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive to emails and texts, check-in process was smooth. This is a four unit building and the other tenants were all very quite and respectful. I would recommend to friends and family, we enjoyed our stay and felt like we were minutes away from every area of the city.

Nice home in nice neighborhood & convenient
We enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed - simple and adequate furnishings. It is in terrific shape. It has plenty of room, although the kitchen is really tight. Very convenient location in a beautiful neighborhood. We'd definitely come back!
(Be careful getting in the tub though - quite slippery. )
