Private villa, 3 Bedrooms with views of Coral Bay Harbor and Bordeaux Mountain

Enjoy magnificent views from this three Bedroom, three bath home located in beautiful Upper Carolina, overlooking the quaint port of Coral Bay. Blue Palm Villa is easily accessible by paved roads, just five minutes from Coral Bay, and ten minutes from the North Shore beaches. Convenient to beaches and town, this home features all the comforts, including over-stuffed furniture of wicker and rattan, clear cypress ceilings with white beams, kitchen island, rich mahogany cabinetry, solid granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, imported Italian tile floors, imported Italian marble showers, and a sparkling 10 x 20 foot pool, with spacious decks for both sunning or relaxing in the shade. The bedrooms feature air conditioning, king-size beds and covered decks which overlook beautiful Coral Bay and the Bordeaux Mountain Valley and beyond from an elevation of 800 feet. The bedrooms occupy separate structures of each other for total privacy.
For 1-4 guests, the main house and the upper bedroom are made available.
If you have 5 or more guests, the lower bedroom is made available. If you have unique or special circumstances requiring the 3rd bedroom with 4 or fewer guests, please send us a note to discuss.

Amazing stay!

This was just what we needed. Quiet location with amazing views & close to the north shore beaches. The chairs & umbrellas provided by the host made our beach trips very easy. Much better than staying at a resort.

Family vacation

Our stay at Blue Palm Villa was excellent. The rooms were large, the kitchen had all the appliances we needed, the pool came with a view and the rooms were separated by a central living area that had games, tv, and videos. Supplies for the beach were available. We were met by Keleigh who assisted us in getting our rental and escorted us to the villa. We truly felt pampered which escalated the vacation feeling we were looking for. We couldn’t have asked for more!!!

Paradise

Blue Palm Villa was perfect for our family of 6! Lots of privacy for every bedroom. View is beautiful. The entire process of booking, checking in/out. communication with property manager was all excellent. Close to North shore beaches yet very secluded and quiet. We appreciate all involved with out Christmas vacation!

Beautiful Property Perfect for Families

My family recently enjoyed a lovely abbreviated stay at Blue Palm during a visit to St. John for my husband’s 50th birthday. Due to airline errors, we missed our original connection in Miami and were stranded there during the first two nights of our reservation. Keleigh was in constant contact with me during that time and tried to help us find solutions to get us to St. John faster and change our car rental. Upon our late evening arrival, she went above any beyond to ensure my weary teens had dinner and groceries for the next day. When we finally met her at our new car rental location, all I could do was hug her and cry from gratitude! She saved our trip and my sanity in countless ways that week. The property is as clean and beautiful as it’s pictured, and the views of Coral Bay are amazing! It was unseasonably warm during our stay, so the efficient a/c units in the bedrooms were welcomed at bedtime! All of the appliances are new models and in good repair. Our iPhones also had excellent wifi reception. Be prepared to conserve energy and water while on island. This was our first trip to St. John, and the Caribbean for that matter, and we somehow didn’t get the memo about conservation. *facepalm* We should’ve assumed the need for conservation because we often vacation in the Rockies, and resource conservation is important there as well. This property felt like home during the mere four nights we were able to stay, and we would book this location again in a heartbeat.

Family Vacation

This is a great property! Three separate bedrooms, perfect for three couples. All paved roads to get there, very private and well maintained inside and out. Communication and check in was flawless. House amenities are everything you need. Always love the quieter Coral Bay side! Restaurants are great on this side of the island. Did a sunset cruise that departed from Cruz Bay but stayed in Coral Bay for the duration. Very close to the North Beaches for awesome snorkeling and a couple hikes. Good time had by all! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home! Until next time…

Outstanding

I have loved St. John and wanted to show it to my family for my birthday. All of them were impressed and enjoyed every aspect of this home. We were the best restaurant in town with our spacious kitchen and the ambience for hanging our and enjoying each others company. We especially liked the individual private patios where each could get away for some private quiet time.

Gorgeous!

Awesome week at Blue Palm! We're a family of 5, with 3 teenagers, so the separate bedroom spaces were perfect :) Plenty of room for everyone! Lots of fun in the pool and that VIEW!!! Enjoyed coffee every morning on the deck; jumped in the pool every evening to cool off. Overall the villa is absolutely lovely, with beautiful landscaping, comfy furniture and great kitchen with everything we needed. Even had beach chairs, towels, coolers, etc. Communication with Keleigh was perfect and we took advantage of the provisioning service she recommended. Such a long travel day to get there from Iowa that we did not want to go grocery shopping once we finally arrived! It was our 2nd time on St John, but it's been 15 years in between. Coral Bay was even quieter than we remembered - it has not bounced back well after the hurricanes :( so restaurant choices were pretty sparse. But we grilled and cooked in, and had a blast. It's only 30 minutes to Cruz Bay so an easy trip over to eat out. The nasty seaweed was hanging around the bay a couple days, but happily the tradewinds kept the smell away. Beaches were clear! I would highly recommend this villa.

The Perfect Paradise

From start to finish everything was perfect! The property and its owners & managers were great at communicating and getting us all set up for our stay. They met us at the ferry so we could follow them (we rented a jeep to get around) to the property and made sure we had everything we needed and knew our way around and all the details of the property. The villa is propped up high overlooking coral bay and provides such a feeling of privacy even while enjoying its ample outdoor spaces. From the pool to coffee or a cocktail on one of the many patios or grilling and having dinner outside as the sun sets; it is such a beautiful space and we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable stay. Super convenient only five minutes from the coral bay stores and restaurants, or just a few minutes to columbos for coffee/breakfast/smoothies, and only 10-15min to all the best beaches and snorkeling spots. For a relaxing hideaway or a close to everything home base Blue Palm Villa delivers 1000%

This our 7th trip to St. John and we always stay in the Coral Bay area. Blue Palm villa was spectacular and the photos don’t do it justice. It’s a perfect villa for 3 couples.

Incredible villa!

Beautiful inside and out! Spacious rooms and lovely furnishings. Kichen had everything one would want and more. We were delighted to find a crock pot so that we could have our dinner cooking while we spent the day on the beach. and also loved the option to use the outdoor grill . We loved the outdoor spaces: large table with mountain and bay veiws under shade cover, each room had its own balcony with seating, and it was really special to have our own swimming pool with the same incredible view! All we needed for perfect days on the beach was supplied: beach towels, easy-to-carry- beach chairs, sun shelter, coolers. The place is perfect for spreading out with personal spaces. Each of the three bedrooms was set apart with their own small living areas and one even with a kitchenette. Everything was delightful, there was nothing more we could have wanted or needed!

A beautiful week in Coral Bay!

We met family in St. John for a cousins week and half of our group stayed at Blue Palm Villa. What a wonderful piece of paradise! The owner, property manager and greeter were all fantastic to communicate with and very accessible to us through email and text/phone. The setup of the house was ideal for splitting between 3 smaller family units, with plenty of common space and an idyllic outdoor area. It was awesome to have a greeter meet us at St. John car rental and take us to the house - it would’ve been a challenge to find it without that if you’re unfamiliar with the island. I was also a little nervous on the roads at first, but once I got use to it they became super fun to drive around! The house itself had everything we needed - the only think that would’ve made it better was air conditioning in the main room. We’d hoped to have someone sleep on the pullout sofa but it was too warm for that even with windows open and fans on. Other rooms felt great with A/C and the temperature of the common room was nice during the day between the breeze and the pool available for a dip. We had a little problem with the water and toilets that was luckily quickly resolved by their awesome maintenance guy and shouldn’t be a recurring issue. We loved hitting the beaches in the morning then returning to the villa for a swim in the pool before dinner. We also enjoyed a family dinner using the gas grill and had everything we needed for cooking any meal you’d want. Love City Market and Dolphin Market were a short drive for easy access to food staples, and we enjoyed dinners at several spots ranging from island fare to pizza and Asian cuisine. Highly recommend renting dhingies from Coral Bay Marina for a day on the water and a stop at Lime Out for amazing tacos too! We loved our visit to Blue Palm and hope to return again!

Wonderful week in St John

Property was great - close to beaches. Amazing views of coral bay, room to spread out between 3 large bedrooms with king beds and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen had all we needed plus a grill. Somewhat secluded - definitely need a car - but that's what we wanted!
