Large private luxury home one block north of charming downtown St. Helena. A peaceful creek side residence, yet close-in enough for a short stroll into town for wine tasting, shopping or dining - the best of both worlds. Surrounded by the historic Beringer vineyards and York Creek, the original farmhouse porch dating back to 1876 still remains, now overlooking not only the vineyards but now the bocce court.

We are proud members of the local community and our home is fully licensed as a short term rental (City of St. Helena Short Term Rental Permit No. PL21-001).

Midway between Napa to the south and Healdsburg to the north, off Hwy. 29 and close to Silverado Trail, the home sits in an ideal location from which to explore all Napa Valley has to offer.


The fully equipped main house is a single story in keeping with the original farmhouse style with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (ensuite), 2 living areas, a formal dinning area, a chef’s kitchen stocked with commensurate appliances, hardwood floors and beautiful furnishings. Gas burning fireplaces in both living rooms and one master bedroom to enjoy on cool Napa nights. A large outdoor gas burning fireplace seating area adjacent to
the vineyards is perfect for storytelling and stargazing. Two alfresco dining areas with a large gas grill and buffet service area overlook the pool and vineyards. The traditional farmhouse porch offers great vineyard views for bocce court players and spectators alike. Please note that the outside area of the property has extensive outdoor lighting and security cameras that monitor the front entry, all porch/patio and side entries, the pool and outdoor cooking area.

The home comes equipped with everything to make your retreat complete: full internet and wireless service throughout the house, a fully equipped kitchen with wine storage refrigerator and a television in each bedroom and living area. The former artist studio back house by the pool offers a downstairs bar area and upstairs game room with pool table -both equipped with large screen televisions. Robes, slippers, amenities provided for each bathroom. All beds furnished with hypoallergenic microfiber and linen bedding.

Please note the home is located next to a working vineyard.

We regularly vacation here with our family and friends, so in addition to local Napa area management, we are actively engaged in making sure “mi casa es su casa.”

Gorgeous Home in Great Location with Excellent Host

My husband and I stayed with four friends at this lovely home. The listing photos, while lovely, do not do the home justice, it is much prettier in person. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, and the location, surrounded by vineyards and just a mile from downtown St. Helena, can’t be beat. The house cleaners do a terrific job, which is not easy in such a large property. The host, Jim, was very quick to communicate and made an excellent local restaurant recommendation. I would strongly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in Napa Valley.

This is like staying a high end hotel!

We rented the house for a 21st Bday trip with my daughter and 4 of her friends. This house is a dream and I will love staying there again. They have thought of everything. Would be a great house for a large family. There are games, pool floats, tons of space. It is just perfect!!

An Amazing Home in a Prime yet Secluded Location

This property was better than we imagined. As beautiful as they are, the pictures don't do it justice. Each room was well appointed and comfortable. The amenities were over the top. Perfect Place in St Helena

We really enjoyed our four-night stay in Napa Valley at this home. Attributes we loved:1. Room for everyone - with four bedrooms and all ensuite, we all had comfortable places to sleep and get ready. Kitchen and common rooms also were fun hang-out spots.2. Central location - we scheduled tours from Calistoga to Napa and never felt it was out of the way. Being in the middle of it all made Uber rides plentiful.3. Pool and outdoor area - wow, what a view!! Pictures don't do it justice. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas (dad is the Bocce-ball king!!).4. Felt like home - Jim the owner actually spends time at this house, so this h felt like staying at a friend's house. Full spice cabinets, plenty of kitchen utensils, great towels. Oh, and the artwork in the house - wow!!5. Communication - we were in contact with Jim on a couple of small issues that were able to be resolved quickly. He has a team of local service providers that were able to address these items with minimal impact to our stay.Great home, central location, available support from owner.

Wonderful Thanksgiving stay

I had a lovely Thanksgiving stint at Jom's property. The house looks exactly (if not more lovely) like it does in the photos. Amenities were not in short supply. Amazing house in St. Helena!

We had the best time staying in St. Helena at this property. Our group actually loved the house so much they requested our next trip that we plan less wineries so that we can spend more time poolside enjoying the beautiful vineyard views! The house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed and super clean. The hosts were very responsive to questions and helpful with some planning advise. Would highly recommend this great location and we will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to St. Helena!!

Ideal location for St. Helena trip

The house is fantastic and ideally placed just a 10 mins walk from downtown St. Helena. Even closer to Beringer vineyards. 3 very large bedrooms - including a fantastic master suite - and one that is much smaller and located just off the kitchen. St. Helena downtown has also staged a great comeback. There is much to like about this place and I look forward to returning in the future.

The Best of Napa

This is a gorgeous home with all the amenities and located within walking distance to downtown St. Helena. We loved staying here and hope to return. The house and grounds are beautiful and extremely well maintained. The owner provided instructions on how to use everything and ideas for restaurants, wineries, etc. We had a great time!

Home away from home

What a beautiful home! The house is relaxed, airy and roomy with wonderful bedrooms and comfortable gathering spaces. And the grounds are stunning with views of the vineyard and the sound of the stream. Our family enjoyed every moment of our stay whether sharing coffee on the deck, enjoying the pool, playing bocce or catching up at the end of the day in the living room. The hosts were informative and welcoming in every interaction. It is the perfect place to spend time in St Helena. Our daughters are already planning how to come back.

Perfect Location for Families to visit Napa Valley!

We took our first family trip of six people (parents, and two sets of married adult children). House was perfect for three couples since all bedrooms have their own bathrooms and large beds. The amenities (soaps, towels, robes, kitchen ware, etc.) were impressive and the pool was perfect (picture on VRBO site is misleading). The game room was separate from the house and fun for later nights. Location in St. Helena and walking distance to breakfast/coffee and shops made it our preferrred location to actually staying in Napa. We would stay again for sure! Great house and location all the way around - and views to the surrounding vineyards were stunning!

AMAZING GATHERING PLACE!

I cannot give enough stars for this property. To wake up and see the hills and vineyard was an incredible treat. The pictures do not do the property justice. We were able to use the pool and bocci court and it was an amazing weekend with my adult kids and their spouses. The kitchen had everything you could think of, and we made one dinner at the house. I usually bring items and I never needed to use anything because the house came with every appliance you could want. I would also like to thank the owner who I was able to email prior to our stay with questions. Incredible location and you will love your stay!
