Anytime I had to deal with any staff. I felt like I was bothering them … the App to make dinner reservations was not working. And anytime I tried to make reservations in person at the front desk or at the restaurant I was told. It HAD to be done on the app. But the app was not working. So I was told I had to miss out ! For my 4 day stay. I could NOT Eat at Any of the restaurants. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30. Check-in is 3:00. Our room was not even ready until 4:00. Than we had to wait 20 mins for a cart to take us to our room. When I went to book an excursion. I was told it was totally booked until Saturday. This was not true …. My daughter went to the desk when the next person came. And was able to book the excursion for Anyday. Anytime I have never encountered a staff. That just “didn’t care” at all about there guests. The property was so beautiful and clean. But the service was terrible. I would never go back.
